That's a cool interpretation, I've seen some others believe that too and wouldn't be shocked if it related to his ego. Although, his death ego does appear some times without Reo's involvement like in the 4v4 against Kiyora. Still very plausible though
I can actually see Nagi going through multiple deaths and rebirths. The first is relying on Reo too much, then he dies in his first and second loss, and then works with Isagi mitigating his weakness of limited soccer exp. He developed a ton and even outplayed Barou without Isagis assistance on multiple occasions. But then he dies again when he loses Isagi and has to rebuild himself again, which happens during the U20 game, when his adrenaline was at its peak during his first major match on the big screen. Then dies again during his first match of the NEL when he relies on Reo again. Nagis development feels like when you're naturally skilled in a fighting game. You easily go through the early challenges, but then you have to learn dodges. Then you win more, then you learn block timings, then combos, then mixups. Yep, by the chart it means Yuzu will be the only one to not play on screen which is why I think there's a small chance he will play in the PXG vs BM game. If Yuzu doesn't sub in, it's truly over for him unless they show all 5 3rd selection games. It's true neither Haiji or Sokura are guaranteed to play in the final game too but I think there's a chance we see both in episode Nagi anyway (since Sokura was against Reo and I have a hunch that Reo's upcoming 3v3 will be against Sokura, Haiji and Nishioka where I think their 4th player was Yuki who was taken against their match against Karasu's team).
Yep, that's the next video! Have some new thoughts on who played with each other including the 3v3 against Reo (Haiji, Sokura, Nishioka) and who beat Barou's team originally.
Would be cool if Nishioka scored but at this point I think it's over for him especially scoring chances. I'm personally happy that he at least played in a match.
I don't think Nagi will come back in the Barcha game. Pregame he asks Reo again to give him a new fire - What initially seems like an evolution, is just furthering his regression. While Nagi still has the salary to flub this game, Reo needs to step up in order to survive. If he and Nagi stick together and don't separate, they'll fail to evolve, but if they do separate and Nagi scores a hat trick on his own, then Reo will probably not survive. What needs to happen is for Reo to work with someone else and even score his own goals. And on the other side, Bachira has been completely forgotten. He's one of the best players in the league, but since losing in the first round has gone completely unnoticed for the entire NEL. I think in this game he'll explode and earn a massive bid through his plays, and Barcha might even win the game. It's also possible that without Nagi taking the spotlight here, some other characters might be able to make the cut. Foe example imagine if something stupid happens and Reo works with Nishioka to score.
I just think Nagi needs to come back in this match or he simply won't play in the U20 world cup since Ego won't even sub him in and if he doesn't sub in he can't evolve. So he needs to at least develop or show something by the end of the match which is why I'm leading to Manshine winning. Reo assisting Chigiri is definitely a valid possibility but I'd personally still prefer if he assisted Nagi's final goal just so the suspense for Reo's elimination lasts the whole game and the final play can show they can work together just not co-dependently i.e. challenging passes and thinking properly. issue with Bachira is like you said, he's completely forgotten and at the same time he doesn't really need a hattrick or win. Everyone knows Bachira is amazing and even if he goes 0-4 he will play in the U20 world cup. Meanwhile Nagi's current perception is dreadful which is why he needs this victory more.

to add to this the only people that have not played in an screen game yet are yuzu endoji tsunzaki haiji nishioka and sokura with tsunzaki and endoji choosing nagi's team for the u20 tryouts almost garuntees them on screen playtime and nishioka being on mashine and having a bid does garuntee his on screen playtime haiji and sokura are on barcha giving them a chance to appear in episode nagi as well leaving only yuzu without on screen playtime which is not impossible for him to get but the odds of him or endoji subbing into the pxg vs bastard game being close to 0 yuzu might end up as the most undeveloped character
sorry that this comment seems unrelated i just noticed (because of the chart of people who have played with nagi) how close to everyone has had or will have a chance to appear on an on screen game by the time episode nagi finishes the NEL except yuzu
This is a Big IF!? from 88 down to 40! which is why that is a big IF!
Will you be remaking your Second Selection vid?
Yep, that's the next video! Have some new thoughts on who played with each other including the 3v3 against Reo (Haiji, Sokura, Nishioka) and who beat Barou's team originally.
i want Bachira to score the two points for Barcha
Shidou theory please 😢
It's currently in the backburner, will probably release it later this year as we get more info of him by the end of the game.
Nagi just needs to score the winning goal and he'll make the team, I'm hoping fake messi scores the first two goals so that he makes it too
Would be cool if Nishioka scored but at this point I think it's over for him especially scoring chances.
What's Nagi's dream?🤔
Purpose
Nagi will score at most 2 goals
We'll see, not going to write anything off for his character yet though and I'm a believer in Nagi's reawakening!
barcha and manshine are so horrible it's hilarious.
They truly are, at this point in time it's just Bachira vs Chigiri; at least until Nagi and Reo step up.
@@akiraendoji i wonder how they are going to show those games in the episode nagi manga😂😂😂
