    Cooking with my mom is bachpan in a frame. Cholai or Laal/Hari math/Amaranth leaves are lesser known when it comes to green sabzi in our menus! It is available in two variants green and red and you can ask your vendor for whatever is available! At home we use these leaves to make saag, sabzi and even palak paneer style slightly healthy varaiant! This checks all the boxes of nutrition and taste Slightly coarse, very earthy and extremely delicious you must give this sabzi a go! Thanks Mom for sharing it with us!
