I tried it yesterday and it was perfect, I am a good cook myself but this recipe was next level (heads-up : it takes almost an hour and 10 minutes to make it with all bhunai of each ingredient). Also the first time I have seen someone adding coriander stems to enhance the flavour...kudos 🙌

Chef Sanjot , I have a simple suggestion for you. For food items that vary in weight depending on size please mention in grams rather than number. For Ex :- 5 onions can be mentioned as 300gms/350gms in weight.
