I can't speak too much on my dogo skin allergies because he doesn't have any. He did get a staff infection once and I had to wash him with antibacterial medicated soap, not antifungal that one doesn't work. You can try this and make sure to use disinfectant detergent on the dog bed sheet I put over his bed just in case
For stomach, my dogo has a very delicate stomach. He has to eat his food and only the same every day, anything different he will have the runs. Make sure it's grain free too. What I found helps for mine is ice cream. I tried pumpkin but regular vanilla ice cream, one scoop, once a day really really helped him.

Idk what it’s from , she’s so so so itchy. I feel so bad it’s everytime we go out side , I don’t want to give her shots how is your dog doing? Mine is a rescue so I get nervous putting drugs into her

Is not bad enough for shots and it usually last from September to November.
