Had them now for 2 weeks. I am a back and side sleeper. It’s incredible. I’ve used all kinds of sleep masks but this is the first one that makes me feel like I’m in a completely dark room. And they stay on my face when I finally awake in the morning. Also, they don’t hang on your ear but instead wrap over the ear. I can def say, this has improved my sleep, big time.
I bought this one based on this review. Its worth it. Total blackout and perfect for side sleepers. Downsides are the price and the fact that you cant just replace the c shaped eye cups
I'm so happy that you mentioned that this isn't for belly-sleepers. The side of my face still goes on the pillow when I sleep, so I thought this mask was a good fit for me and I almost bought it! Saved me $90!
Great video.. I just ordered one.. and I'm a side sleeper. I like they have a 90 day money back just in case I don't like it. I love sleep masks and have a bunch I've used a while but end up just not working or not working well.. It's like any pressure on my face/around my face usually ends up overriding any advantage I'm getting with the sleep mask. $90 is a lot for something that doesn't work but good sleep is a huge commodity these days and $90 for some good rest will pay off big time for health and quality of life.
It's working out good. Still using it. It definitely works well for side sleepers.. I'd say my only issue is I have to make it so loose that I'll wake up with on my forehead sometimes cuz it moves up.. It bothers me if I tighten it enough to really stay on.@@Patspwnage

Thanks for your excellent videos on getting better sleep and your sleep mask reviews! I bought a V2 'regular' Manta mask, and, like you, found it to be very uncomfortable for side sleeping. I wrote to Manta to see if I could just get the "Pro" eye cups, and they said "no". (Aargh) I noticed though that they have silk eye cups that sound like they are thinner and therefore more comfortable than the 'regular' eye cups. I would really appreciate you doing a review on 1) Manta's silk sleep mask, and 2) what it would be like to put the silk eye cups on a 'regular' Manta sleep mask. Thank you, thank you!
I got the original manta mask when it first came out. It was very hot and half the time it came off my face when I was sleeping. I just ordered this yesterday and I can’t wait to get it.
@@Vigilantea92 It’s extremely comfortable, there is more padding on the sides and it doesn’t slip off as easily as the original. It’s also made of a cooler material. The original would get too hot even in winter.
This is THE best sleeping mask for side sleepers. I bought it a few months ago and now I cannot sleep without it. It comes off sometimes at night, but that’s because I move a lot, but besides that, it is a great product. Yes, it is expensive for a sleeping mask, but it is worth it.

Since it sounds like you do sleep in other positions occasionally, the Owlzzz sleep mask would be a good fit. It works for back sleeping but if you sometimes move to your side, it’ll still be comfortable.

I've always had issues tossing and turning in bed as it'd take me 30 minutes to an hour to fall asleep, but putting on the mask just puts me in "sleep mode" and I'm out in 5 minutes or less. Do you think this mask runs cooler than that mask or would you say it's about the same? 2. I find that the Owlzzz mask kinda "bunches up" on whichever eye/side of my face is touching my pillow. Did you also have that problem with that mask or not really, and if so do you feel that this mask does a better job of preventing that? 3. Overall, omitting price point, do you prefer this mask or the Owlzzz mask more?
1) Since the manta has mesh fabric and air holes, I think it’d be cooler. I run cold though, so neither mask is problematic for me, so that’s an educated guess 2) The manta’s eye cups are tapered so there isn’t any bunching 3) I do like the manta more and I’ve been using it nonstop since I got it. My main issues with it are that it’s really expensive for what you get and that I have a small head so the grippy stuff on the strap doesn’t work as well for me as it would for someone whose head is bigger.

Please, I found out that when looking for a mask, I want SILK. I have curly hair and just love silk for my skin and hair. Like pillow case silk, everything in silk is good. It does not dry my face or hair. So if you have to choose one SILK mask or two, which one would you recommend in all you trials of sleep mask ! Thank you so much, I need so much a mask right now for sleeping issue :)

Like it’s good I’m glad the kids like a little Paul mine came with earplugs and like it I love the material it’s great I’m just not used to sleeping with a sleep mask and I’m a side sleeper can’t sleep anyway but my side and I was having a hard time sleeping with it. I think I was just having a hard time getting it comfortable on my face or like on the sides and so that’s something I’m still trying to get used to but like it’s just I don’t even know why it cost $90 it does not feel $90 quality like maybe 60 but like 90 and I didn’t pay $90 but still ridiculous. Like my boyfriend ended up loving it and that’s what got him to now like sleep masks and understand but I’m still feel like I’m looking for a sleep mask I’m not sure I like it I’m not 100% convinced it’s a great sleep mask and like I said I may have gotten a small percentage off but it was still over priced for a mask I’m not happy with

I got this as a side sleeper and have so many problems with it. The worst part is it frequently shifts (exposing light) and even falls off.

I bought the regular Manta. I like it accept for one thing. Sometimes it makes my eyes 👀 tear up. 🤷♂️ I'm definitely not paying $90 for Pro.
I just use a zleepy sleep mask and it works well for me. I really underestimated sleep masks though!

The only silk mask I’ve liked is the Jersey slumber sleep mask. No eye cut outs, but it’s still comfy.

If you sleep in all positions, Owlzzz is your best bet! It’s the only mask I’ve found that works well no matter your sleep style.

It doesn’t have any properties that would help it stay cold. It just has ventilation if you’re someone who gets warm.

Oof, stomach sleepers have it rough. I’d say the Owlzzz sleep mask or just a traditional style mask like the Jersey Slumber.
