    Great video Jim do you find the bike jump better with the battery or without

    • @PinnedTV
      @PinnedTV  2 года назад +1

      Probably without

    Hey Jim, what exact crankset did you get as a replacement, does it need to be an 83mm spindle to fit the Powerplay and are you swapping to a 30mm bottom bracket? I’m trying to find some shorter cranks for mine, 165mm or 160mm.

      BB 92/89.5 press fit 30 and 165 Atlas cranks CK16AA165 fitting today, so hopefully right! Sent over by Raceface UK

      @@PinnedTV Thanks, I think I’ll look for those if yours fit. Good luck!

      Nearly there, axle was too short, so had to go with the longer version. Also gotta get a new bolt to hold on the spider bearing to crank, need one with a 30mm hole, not 24!

    • @heywood165
      @heywood165 2 года назад

      So you ended up with the 83mm spindle version? I made the same mistake as that when I bought the AEffect cranks, which aren’t available in a long spindle length. I didn’t even think about the spider crank bolt, I’ll need one of those too.

    Downhilling is prolly easier w/o the battery weight... Hill climbing is a different story!
