    You make an excellent case! . I’ll add 1 more point… Seeing my monthly dividend income grow is EXTREMELY motivating to continue investing . Buying growth makes sense intellectually, but during a bear market, watching my growth portfolio shrink…the motivation isn’t as high as it is for dividend investing. A lot of this is psychological!

    Good set of ETFs but totally unrealistic long term returns.
    Semiconductor ETFs have been the only ones to have 10 bagger decade returns. Thats about 25% pa compound.
    If actively traded out of the steep corrections as in 2022, the returns could nearly approximate near 1000% returns for the most part the returns are misleading.
    There hasn’t been an ETF that’s not geared that’s return nearly 50% pa compound for a decade.

    My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to take risks. Saving is great but taking risks puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to larysa Caba, my portolio is doing really great and im proud of the decisions i made last year.

      I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have,making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I now make huge profits by weekly through her services while still learning to stand on my own.

    • @johnmcdonald219
      @johnmcdonald219 7 месяцев назад

      I've been investing for less than a month and i've already learned a few things.
      I Invest in bitcoin and microstrategy incorporated. Bitcoin has gone from 25k to 70k in under a year. The only problem is that bitcoin rises and falls 24/7 i'm looking at my phone constantly so I use auto buy and sell when I'm working or sleeping for 5 minutes. Microstrategy in my opnion is a better buy as it's cheaper so more bang for your buck but it only operates during market hours so if something bad happens like the stock falls -10% or more then you loose money but you own the shares which could end up going up or being worthless. However David Sailor is a very smart man and within minutes of the market opening the share price was back up +3% and now at +10%. I'm not a smart man and stupidly set the auto sell , I set it at -10% thinking that was a very low number and sold my shares without knowing (I was working at the time.)
      Also find the average for the day and week, draw a line in the middle between highest and lowest points. Just now people are loving bitcoin and so am I. The halving still isn't until the 19th April and to think there won't be another market correction is nuts but David Sailor is usually prepared for this. I put bitcoin at 66k and will re-invest then, that's my price target but I'm probably wrong, but then who knows.
      Also i don't go all in, i've lost money doing this. For $200, split it into 4 or even 5 parts. So let's say 5 parts at $50 each and i'm willing to loose up to $10 on each share. Set the stop loss at $1 increments for example $7 for the first share, $8 for the second, so on. I keep the 5th share for a dip. I only use money i'm prepared to loose.
      Once I'm over my investment total and into profit i never use my own money unless i'm 100% the stock will rise again because that's a slippery slope as I've found out. Instead i set the stop loss at the investment total then wait for the stock to go lower or back to the same price before reinvesting. Never throw good money after bad.
      Finally listen to Warren Buffetts advice 'be fearful when others are bullish and bullish when others are fearful.' It takes a lot to get your business on the stock exchange and nobody wants to loose their business so don't go with a days average to figure out how successful the business has been, instead I look at the 6 months and years results. After doing my homework if i think the business will be profitable over the long term then
      buying in the red means I'm buying the stock at a discount. I'm buying AI stock in the red just now because I see a big future for it.
      Also i look for businesses that pay out dividends. I get paid for having shares in companies like BP, Shell, Starbucks, etc. I reinvest those dividends in the companies i'm with starting with the lowest priced stock first. $200 can buy over 2 shares in Starbucks today as the stock price is currently down.
      You probably already know these things though. No doubt people will disagree with me, but I'm looking forward to that to see a different perspective.

It's supposed to be really big soon...but it's a bit under the radar right now. I believe it uses some sort of AI, but not quite sure. I'm looking to keep buying Tesla stocks because he's getting into sooo many other things it's insane. Tesla is not just a car company...one day soon Tesla stocks are going to soar.
