    In this video, we are going to see about how to prepare a ginger rasam which is very useful for someone who got cold, bodyache and tiredness. This rasam is good remedy for cold.
    Ginger is a strong immunity booster and fight against infections. Serve this rasam with hot white rice and see the result. You can also consume this rasam weekly once or twice to prevent from infections.
    Ingredients:
    ---------------------
    Coriander seed - 1 Tbsp
    Chana dal - 1 Tsp
    Tur dal - 1 Tsp
    Pepper - 1 Tsp
    Red chilly - 2
    Curry leaves
    Coriander leaves
    Ginger - 3 inches
    Garlic - 2
    Tomato -2
    Tamarind solution
    Asafoetida / Hing
    Salt - 1 to 2 Tsp
    Oil to temper
    Mustard seed
    Water ad required
