Yo actually thank you so much this saved me because my dad shut off the wifi when I had to wake up early to do homework. I can confirm this worked for my Ethernet (though I use an usb adapter) and my wireless as well. Thank you so much!

EVERYONE there’s a setting on windows to where you can change your ip that connects to the internet every time as a safety feature im assuming and also bypasses your internet being paused since the ip is constantly changing

Jus letting anybody who has the issue of one day this working and the next it doesnt try deleting the network address u made on the first day and make a new one with different letters and numbers but always remember to include DE as the first 2 letters out of the 12 u may have to keep creating new ones til sometimes because some of them may not work
