Dude this is very helpful when you have other person's laptop or pc connected to the wifi but a little time and trust consuming because if you try it you have to keep that owner away so you can do your thing
I don't know why people think this isn't useful. I work on a lot of computers and this is a real timesaver. Customers rarely know their password (s) when I'm trying to install a wireless printer or setup a smart TV device.

Yes, only it gives you the profiles you have connected to before, not the ones you haven't connected to. So, it's practically useful in case you forgot the password to previously connected networks. :)

This video is very useful if the password is the same from whenever you last connected. Say you were to connect, change the password, then do this, it would show the last password that you used, and was correct. Useful if you forgot the password for a different devise to connect.

This can be achieved only if you have already entered or stored the Wifi password in the computer
This is another handy, useful video, very good ! I am using such script when needed to recover some cached passwords.If someone is security concerned, after discovering the password, you shall delete the file in which you found the wireless passwords.Simple.

you can do this on somebody else's computer.. Simply get a pen drive and run the command while you change the folder path to your pen drive..

@KingReplica dude, even for the routers setting it requires an admin password and what if u forgot that and btw using this command its more easier. And also to open routers setting you need a network connection. And if u are only having a wifi and no other output for internet than i think its more logical to use this command.. Think logical dude

For all those who are saying that we didn't click this video to find alerdy conmected networks.. I would like to say that this video is useful in computer labs of school and other places.. In case we are able to hack someone's pc and get the reverse shell, we can use this command to dump their network passwords.. You can even ask a friend to use his/her pc for a minute and then get their wifi pass

You can find the password without this cmd by navigating
Go to your wifi adapter then right click then click status, then choose wireless properties and then click security tab then check show password

What’s the point of this video if I was already connected means I obviously had the PW.
There's situation when you sit on a laptop (not your own) and being asked what's WIFI password, you already connected and don't know it, so this one could be handy to see the pass. Or the situation for people who shares place but only one person knows the password, other could use this trick. (I use a device that connected doesn't automatically mean I know the password, it could connected by other people long before).
Of course there's no easy way to just type-in a command in console and get your neighbor's WIFI password. Should not come to a video with that expectation.

This trick only works if you have ever logged-on to these routers, or if the routers are not "hidden", or if the router password is NOT encrypted.

yes you're right, my own network password is encrypted and showed nothing in the text file, but for other networks like on of my friends the password was shown in the file.
