Actually if you look back at old Halocene vids you may notice that Addie's grit has grown exponentially (and Lauren has improved on softer stuff, and Violet on her belting) . So I think that given her range she might actually be moving in Ai Mori's direction. Great song great reaction!

If you like the “rawness” of live Halocene, you should check out their Twitch streams. Addie can definitely add some rocker edge to her vocals. You pretty much get all of Addie’s amazing vocals from their streams. But also, their streams are hella entertaining.
A bit of trivia about this particular song/collab: Ai (or her production team?) produced the music for this one, and Halocene produced their Throne collab. Brad explained this a dozen times on stream (Brad’s tangents are another reason to catch their streams). I forget the details, but basically, due to copyright laws in the USA and that AI’s production of this song used either material or exact copies of samples from Bring Me to the Horizon’s version, it’s only available on RUclips - they aren’t legally allowed to release it on music streaming sites. It’s such a great cover, yet it’s only available on one platform. Brad produced the Throne collab without using sourced material, so that cover is available on all the typical platforms.
in that first 'can you feel my heart' by ai mori i really liked that little flare of more melodic vocals before it explodes
Awesome, because Leo puts out a Styles cover video, you combat that with a cover video that has two different styles! Nice!
Ai Mori reminds me more of a female Chester Bennington.
I like to think of Addie's voice like a razor or scalpel or something else sharp. It really shines when it's juxtaposed another voice that has blunt sledgehammer-y power.
I absolutely LOVE your reaction videos. You always put a smile on my face. This is one of my favorite covers by Halocene and Ai Mori is just a badass on this!
You should check out Halocene and Violet Orlandi's New song "The Mirror". It's incredible! The ending seems to be the beginning of "When Demons Come To Life" by Halocene and Lauren Babic. That's what it looks like 👍
I had to switch to auto generated english to see what Ai and Addie said at the end when I first saw it. The Throne cover is just as good.
Addie always amazes me with how versatile she is as a vocalist, even if she needs effects to enhance the grit in her voice. Some of the covers she does that don't get released publicly of artists like Pat Benetar, Spiritbox, Bonnie Tyler, etc just blow me away.
100% agree with your choice to Skip Leo's cover, really don't know why he chose that.
Any time I hear people try to describe some of the vocals you did I usually put it as Addie - bubbles/hard bubbles. Violet Orlandi - take me to bed. Lauren - burn the fucking village down! (ai mori seems to go between bubbles and burning a village down lol)
That’s pretty good but I doubt I could use the word bubbles on any of these power people and can’t put “bed” and Violet in the same sentence only cause when I see her she reminds me of my daughters and what they can accomplish with hard work lol

I did understand "like" in Ai Mori's closing comments (she seems to speak very fast). Oh, nice selection for a reaction. I'm not inclined to see Harry Styles either... Even through Leo's lenses.

You should react to Parasite Eve by Bring Me The Horizon. It came out in 2020 during the pandemic.
