Love all her Nine Inch Nails covers. I recently watched her do "Bullet with Butterfly Wings" by Smashing Pumpkins too, and it was awesome.
The ONLY reason I listen to this is for Ai Mori.
So do I. Violet's voice doesnt fit to that song. Especially that high tone in the verses. Too gothic voice in this particular cover which should be bouncy not kinda operatic.

@@nicoleavery7238 Can I have my own opinion about this particular cover?😄 I like Violet's voice but I don't have to like everything her singing. Eg. I adore "Tears don't fall" by her and Lauren Babic.
The Nirvana cover they did together is a bit unsettling, they did a great job, but the song takes on a much darker tone sung by them compared to when Kurt sings it.
I will second the recommendations from the other commenters, the System Of A Down trilogy with Halocene, Lauren and Violet are absolutely worth checking out, the Chop Suey cover is the one that kicked off all these amazing collaborations, I think it has over 8M views now.
I have the opposite feeling. I feel it with ai mori and not really with violet orlandi haha. I always loved the original, but i love this version a lot more and i never have that.

Ai part in this song is much harder than Violet's, hands down. Davids normal sound is easier than his dark side... I think she did great, they both did
If you like Amy Lee's voice from Evanescence n you should listen to this one you will be impressed and you should listen to call me when You're sober cover by Violet orlandi
A word of advice that I just found out recently. Violet does not like being compared to Amy Lee. She said so in an interview. Everybody has their own sound she said. I have been following Violet when her subscribers were very small. She will have 1 million soon and she deserves it.

this was the first bad track i've heard on your channel Tom. i fully reserve my scorn for this track however, cuz i've seen violets other covers and she's really talented. I agree that Al Mori is the weak link. Mori's parts seem stylistically contrived. Well swing but ultimately struck out, and lost it for the team.
