    Judging by the amount of reviews you have done on this system I can only assume you have a “relationship” with sky vac.
    Would be nice seeing you being up front about it.

    How does this machine compare to suction only against your previous wet and dry vac? Also nice setup 👌

    • @aemackintosh
      @aemackintosh  5 лет назад +1

      G Fresh I believe they say it has something like 15lbs of lift. I used to think my old vac had good suction, but the filter would become damp which would hinder it, and the poles and inlet would always get blocked, it was a right pain. I had a roof cleaning job the other day, I spent all day scraping moss, Craig spent all day sucking it up with the skyvac. Awesome! Never a problem. No loss of suction all day! No blockages in the poles all day!🍂😃👍🏼

    I’ve got this, it is good but do find the hose really rigid and and heavy compared to the atom hose which is a lot easier to manoeuvre around.... but I guess you can’t have everything your own way! 🤣🤣

    • @aemackintosh
      @aemackintosh  3 года назад

      There is a new lighter hose that is much easier to work with. You should ask them for it.😃👍🏼

    Great Video, well explained. At the moment I just provide a window cleaning service, but I'm thinking of adding gutter gutter cleaning. Any tips and advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work. Cheers

      Joe Lorenzo This is the perfect time of year to offer gutter cleaning, and you should already have lots of customers who know what a great service you offer. You can clear gutters by hand with simple hand tools which means you can offer the service with very little outlay. But if you can afford it, there is nothing like having the right tool for the job. With the skyvac you will be able to clean them more quickly and safely, and having such a smart bit of kit will help you look more professional, which will mean you could charge a bit more too.🍂😃👍🏼

    I cleared a gutter last week where I could barely get my fingers in to grab the muck. There was literally half an inch distance between the tile and the gutter. I had to remove it to empty it out. So what should have been a simple job turned into nightmare on elm street!!! How would this machine cope with a situ like that?

    • @aemackintosh
      @aemackintosh  5 лет назад +4

      Keith Baron There are a number of different spout attachments to go on the top, including a crevice attachment to get into tight gaps. I will do a vid to show some of those attachments when I can.🍂😃👍🏼

    I still have issues with any gutter Vac about when a down pipe is blocked?
    If a downpipe is fully clogged and in a hard to access area gutter vacs can’t always clear them. So it only is good when it’s just the gutters that are full.

    • @aemackintosh
      @aemackintosh  3 года назад

      There are some very rare occasions that require alternative methods, but by far the majority of the time it is quicker, easier, and more effective to use the vac.😃👍🏼

    Hello Ashley are you busy now? Have a question: again :-) on 8:26 what lance do you have for the softwash? many thanks!Are you going on London show in March - its will be nice to meet you! Regards

      Lucas Kaminiecki I have a twin nozzle Lance with an adjuster on the side that switches between a soft wide nozzle to a strong wide nozzle. For softwashing I use only the soft wide nozzle with the pressure turned down on the machine.😃👍🏼

    • @aemackintosh

      John Dalton I would think so, it is a good filter. It’s probably best to ring Spina Clean direct though to check. They are very helpful.😃👍🏼

    Nice too bad it takes a generator to run in the US it takes a 220 outlet

    • @aemackintosh
      @aemackintosh  5 лет назад

      Dave The Window Licker It takes a generator to run here in the U.K. I find that most of my domestic customers have an outside plug socket these days. There is a new vac out that has its own power source built in, if you have a cool 4K spare in your back pocket?😬👍🏼

    I don't like these because there's videos up of these in use and you can see them damage tiles.. maybe useful on new buildings or something but old houses with slate tiles iv seen these chip and brake and loosen the gutters
