I love flying Emirates Business Class. I am always flying alone and for more than 20 times, I have never been assigned a middle seat. Emirates know how to allocate their passengers and the onboard service is impeccable.

I have flown with Emirates and Qatar airways all my life and they always have the old ice on the shorter routes, I think the reason why is because the flights are just generally shorter than the international ones,meaning passengers will have to be entertained less for the journey, unlike the longer routes which are often up to 14 hours long The entertainment system is critical.

Business Class 2-3-2 layout ?? can't belive Emirates still has it
2-3-2 and angled bed. Etihad 1-2-1 and fully flat. I tried to sleep in this bed once last year - no good. Going etihad next month, hoping for better
I think EK 2-3-2 business class in 777 is the only weak link in what is otherwise one of the best Airlines in the world.
Yes, I am not a fan of that 2-3-2 layout either, especially if you end up in the middle seat
Generally, you will not end up in the middle seat, unless you are with a partner. In that case, they will move happily for you. It is unlikely you would end up in a window or middle seat unless acompanied.
Is this is the Business / Flex Plus？I try to book the business class，but they just show something like there is no business class，so the seat will be first class，right now I am so confused！

You do know that ALL of the 777-300ER planes have the same seat space and leg room right? They may not have all of the wonderful amenities but as far as the plane itself, it's the same whether it's Emirates, Delta, Air China, Air France, etc.
Trevock1 Actually no, Each airline decides the seat space and leg room by itself , for example some aircrafts operate in a 3-3-3 configuration giving passengers more space while others may use a configuration of 3-4-3
Trevock1 Wrong , EVA , for example , use 3-3-3 in economy with 2 inches more legroom than Emirates and the seats are also 1 inch wider .

One question I have is how do you order lunch does a flight attendant come along and take your order
they have all the meals ready in a part of the plane and a flight attendant comes and takes your order and brings you your order.
out of all the flights and different planes which would u say is the best in service, comfortable,etc????
The 777 has better service as there is a better crew to passenger ratio. But the a380 seat is better because it can recline to 180 degrees. Most of the bigger, more prosperous routes have a380s.(heathrow-Dubai, Dubai-Sydney etc) Where as lower key routes have 777.(Dublin-Dubai, Warsaw-Dubai etc)

Seeing the quality of your food and wine list is compared to my recent flight on the same plane model makes me sad as Emirates has dropped their standards hugely.
What the hell...2-3-2 configuration in business class! What was the choice of main serving...hay or alfalfa?

2-3-2 is still a pretty good config. Emirates a380 has a 1-2-1 config.
Compared to airlines like British (2-4-2 config) Emirates is much better

even AA and CX have a 1-2-1 layout so thats 4 per row meanwhile EK has 7 per row, they should use the a380 business class product on the 777 to make them more competitive
japan airlines also have 2-3-2 config in their business class. and they look amazing! efficient but still roomy. go check them

ywdsezra Emirates does not provide them on daytime, mediumhaul flights. You only get essentials like socks, eyeshade and earplugs.
Even if the daytime flight is like 8 hours?
ywdsezra I am not sure what criteria Emirates uses for deciding whether or not to hand out amenity kits. It's also route dependent.

ywdsezra On the way to Glasgow for example, they don't give you an amenity kit because it's during the day, but on the night flights back, they are provided.

Is Emirates 777 Business overrated considering angled seats, 2-3-2 layout? Etihad offers all aisle access. and fully flat beds across 777, 787 and a380 fleets!!! And I don't earn ADVANTAGE miles!
Etihad is definitely the best commercial airline IMHO.

They have 2-2-2 on 777-200s and on some 777-300s
I wanted to book business class full fare price, but because of 2-3-2 layout I didn't think it is worth it... I didnt even want to pay upgrade because I feel this seat configuration gives no privacy, and only a bit more comfort than economy, so what's the point...

This is surely closer to Premium economy with leg room than business, No flat beds and a 3 seat center? I would not pay Business class money for this

I love flying with emirates but their Dubai business class lounge has no personality whatsoever. The spaces were too big, the food choice was limited, and the bathrooms were disgusting. Perhaps I had bad luck with my timing but I did not enjoy my experience in their lounge.

The Emirates business class looks a lot like the Etihad economy class. Very disappointing indeed.

Umberto Cavallini I would rather have a look at the cabin with not as much out the window..... he's reviewing the service. If he was just filming outside the aircraft it wouldn't be a good review, so he's done the best of both worlds.

I agree with Jonnie. It is a really lousy Business Class on a very old plane configured to 2-3-2. The majority of Airlines in the World have luckily moved away from this crap. Not worth the Money at all.
Stop calling yourself as a travel expert
I'd rather go to Etihad buisness class
