I love the fact that Malaysia is underrated or not in a radar. I hope it will stay that way. Every other country in Asia can take all the fame and I don’t care.
Somehow I already love Malaysia before getting there. It’s my 2nd country stop out 5. I’ve been wanting to go since Incas 14 when decades ago my parents traveled to KL because they had such a great time and the stories were amazing.
Ya i totally agree on d safety part ... Malaysia is generally very, very safe ... There are very few scammers scamming tourists in Malaysia, almost none ... And you seldom hear of pickpockets here too ( unlike some countries i know ) ... And 2nd point i totally agree with u is yes almost all Malaysians know, understand and able to communicate with foreigners in English even though some of our English might not be perfect but foreigners can still communicate with us pretty easily in most cases except for those in d rural areas and certain states where it is a bit more challenging to do so ... And d other thing i totally agree with u is d food ... Malaysia in line with its Malaysia Truly Asia theme is indeed a Food Heaven where almost every kind of foods in d world can be found in Malaysia plus Malaysia's very own delicious local cuisines ... Those who have tasted d delicious local cuisines of Malaysia would inevitably crave for them at some point in time of their lives ... Some crave for them almost immediately after they left Malaysia and some would always continue to crave for them ... That's how good, delicious and unique Malaysian foods are ... So thank you very much Skye for all your wonderful videos about Malaysia and " Kami Sayang Awak Juga " ( We ❤️ u too ) ...
Wah, you are very good at selling malaysia. From the many videos shown by foreigners and local videographers (skyrun, styfly, SCM & eagle eye studiors) I'm amazed at how far malaysia, especially KL, has grown (from a grotty capital to a beautiful city in a garden). Jangan marah ya in the past, like maybe 30 years ago, saya selalu banding2kan KL dengan singapura dan buat cemuhan (sorry!). Now KL's skyline is comparable to singapore's, could be even better soon, and of course there are more things to see and explore in KL. Can't wait to visit KL, melaka and langkawi. Glad you like it here Skye. 1. Do take advantage of the diversity here in Malaysia (ethnicity, culture and religion). Do visit the temples and mosques (National Mosque or Federal Territory Mosque in KL, Putra Mosque in Putrajaya). Have you been to the administrative city of Malaysia - Putrajaya? 2.
