Rain or shine...one can actually walk from klcc to bukit bintang (where pavilion mall is)...the walkway is partly underground starting from klcc & partly elevated towards pavilion (& it's air-conditioned all the way through). As for the rain,no it's not the monsoon season (that's 'normally' in nov-dec)...just perhaps like the rest of the globe,weather pattern is erratic,global warming or whatever,god knows lol. Enjoy all the travels!

At Old Town try the white coffee hot or iced and the bread toast that comes with butter and Kaya ..msian jam. Enjoy!
