CY is ne of the most intelligent and graceful singers and frontmen ever. The Fixx still sound like no others totally original ,unique and their music can be interpreted a number of ways! Safe travels lads. Nice interview man shame it wasn't a lil longer!
Amazing every time I’ve seen them, just traveled to New Orleans from Memphis to see the band at House of Blues. Just awesome, it amazes me how these five humans can perform flawlessly together. Thank you guys for existing and doing what you do.

Great interview. The Fixx is such a fantastic band, perhaps one of the most underrated rock bands of all time. The show at Bimbo's in SF in June was fantastic, as always. New album is excellent.
Every Five Seconds is possibly the best rock album of the last two years, if not five.. or ten ? Profound lyrics, intense, beautiful, different from all their previous ones. Songs are catchy, musicians are at the top of their creative curve. The result is simply amazing. Sooooo pleased ! No longer "suspended in make believe", it is real !
I missed the show in SF in June as was out of town, so I hope to see them soon! Can't wait to get the new songs produced. Lots of bands are around having begun in the 80s, and no there is not as much talent better and out now IMO we are so happy for these guys and as the original band!! They are amazing on stage, and even those videos from the day.
The Fixx is my all time fave and name the song, I have it! Going to see them on tour in November and we're psyched. Stay busy guys and we'll keep listening! I'd love to get my hands on all of Cy's solo CD's but can't find them anywhere?
