      @@mariereed5042 Absolutely! My husband recently created me my own crafting space so I have been super busy making lots more tutorial videos. I am creating stitch tutorials as well as going back and filming project tutorials for all of the patterns on my site (over 100 so it's going to take a while!). I can't wait to share them all.

    Mine doesn’t look right. Could it be because I’m using bernat blanket? I have a pattern but not like this

      Hi Nancy! I've never made a towel topper before but I imagine it wouldn't be too difficult to use this stitch for one. I'm sorry I'm not a lot of help since I've never made one but they are really cute!

    Okay, so I’ve tried this a million times. I’ve been practicing with 11 stitches. Is it normal that I keep getting 8 to work with after I do my first row?? I’m a newbie here. I think I have it down, I just needed to make sure this was normal!!! Thanks so much 🙂🙂🙂

    Hi there! Thanks so much for the tutorial! how do I increase and decrease with this stitch? Looking to make a top with a triangle :)

    • @lovelifeyarn
      @lovelifeyarn  4 года назад

      When I am working on a pattern in this stitch and need to increase or decrease, I look at what stitch is needed next. So if I was increasing, I would ch 3 (and count it as a dc and work into it on the next row) and work the row like usual to the end, where I would add an extra sc to the last st. Just make sure your sc is always on top of a dc and vice versa. :) To decrease, just make a sc2tog or dc2tog depending upon which stitch is closest to the next one (so at the beginning of a row I would dc2tog so that I could work the sc, dc pattern without interrupt afterwards). Hope that makes sense! :D
