    For my burger buns I use cloud bread. After baking them, I let them sit out a full 24 hours on the counter on a wire rack. I then put them all in a ziploc freezer bag with a basket type coffee filter under, in between and on top of each one. I then put the bag in the freezer. I don't know what freezing does to them, but it makes them more firm and will hold up to the messiest of burgers.

    This. Sauce. Is. Dope.
    Used it in my keto burger recipe and have eaten nothing but burgers the last two days haha.
    For your bread you should try 1/3 cup of mozarella, 2 tablespoons of cream cheese and 1/3 cup of almond flour. Seperate and flatten into two pieces the same size as your pattie, and sprinkle one with sesame seeds then toast on both sides. It's perfect to me :)

    Try using tabasco instead of sriracha for less carbs. Sriracha has sugar in it

    Oh. My. Word! Just did a cook-along with you and the taste was amazing! I used about 60 grams of the smelliest blue cheese, which had been mouldering a while at the back of the fridge shelf 😳🤣, to 400 grams of ground beef. I used the rosemary, added a pinch or two of mild Paprika pepper but forgot the balsamic vinegar! Nonetheless it was A-mazing! 😋😋😋 I had my doubts, thinking the beef would be seriously overpowered, but the blue cheese just seemed to deepen the flavor somehow. Had two burgers without the bread because I‘m trying out carnivore and am also OMAD and a bit (big meal, small snack in 4 hour window). Thank you, Sahil, for all the inspiration. You‘re a star! 🌟 💖👏👏👏

    Just a small tip. If you want your burger to have griddle pan marks oil the burger rather than the pan

    I'd go lettuce wrap for a perfect burger like that..
    and yes a bit of water is fine on those pans.. it's no different than the water coming out of the beef..ahhh... i mean water buffalo.. lol

      Linda Charron I'm lucky where I live in have a low carb grocery store so I can go and buy low carb bread and buns and wraps. 1-3 net carbs.

    Just made some of these and man were they delicious, I used a lettuce wrap instead but used the secret sauce on the lettuce and then wrapped the burger and it was great thanks for the recipe! :D

    My favourite burger, then a bbq bacon cheddar and last a Hawaiian burger with a grilled pineapple ring and teriyaki sauce. You could also make a pocket in your burger for the cheese so that it’s a yummy creamy melted filling.

    One of the best parts of cooking on cast iron griddle is the crust it can give burgers...I let mine heat up for a good while before I put burgers on and use a sheet pan/cookie sheet to trap steam for the cheese.     This looks great, I'm going to try it out next week. Since you cook with buffalo in India, I suggest not smooshing the meat with the spatula while cooking as you were pushing out the needed juices(fat). Buffalo meat barely has any fat as it is.

    Am I supposed to do salt, pepper, oregano based on how much I think it may need or are there actual measurements somewhere? I couldn't find the recipe on MFP either.

      Below the video in the description box is the written recipe but yeah seasoning is always to taste in my books but if I haven't put exact measurements I'll probably do it when I am transferring the recipe to the website.

    Hi, this question is not related to the recipe. I am planning to start on the keto journey and have been reading about it. Read that one can have a thumping headache the first week or so due to water and electrolyte loss. Will drinking salty buttermilk be a good idea in that phase (advice was to load up on water and salt)

      If you want to make in the oven you need a mold or oven proof dish. Same batter/recipe as the microwave bread and then just bake at 180C for 10 minutes or till it cooks through using the toothpick test.

      Yes you can use either feta or cheddar no problem. Grate the cheddar and the feta can be crumbled.

      It's just a way of saying hello. Or greeting someone. It's generally done by people like me who listen to heavy metal music. We raise the horns at concerts when we like a band or a song :)

    Mayo? That is full of vegetable oil, cottonseed oils and or canola oils plus sugar. Also the Siracha sauce has sugar in it. This recipe looks delicious however it's not very keto.

      Mayo really depends on what kind you get. There are some that are crazy with the carbs, but most aren't that bad. Check the labels when you're at the store, most where I'm located are no more than 2g carbs per tbsp (13g). Sriracha is only 1g carbs per tsp (5g). So for the amounts he used in this video that's 5g carbs if you ate that entire bowl of sauce, and that looked like enough sauce for two people. Unless you're shooting for near zero carbs, just don't drown your food in sauce and it'll be fine.

      commando602 - he makes his own mayo (see previous video). Also, Sriracha sauce is ok if it's within your macros. He only uses 1 teaspoon which has 1/3 of a gram of carbs. If you look at his macros he listed, this meal is only 1 net carb per burger. That's pretty damn Keto if you ask me. (20 grams of carbs (or less) per day is the conventional guideline).
