Wow - very cool playing and tone ! And I also liked the interview with Peter Henriksen. One question: would you say the Henriksen Bud 6 is sound-wise full and complete enough for a good Jazz sound if one is mainly playing at home, or would you recommend the Bud 10? Cheers from Munich, Germany

Thanks very much! I myself like all of the bud amp. They are very different, indeed. I use the small bud at home mostly but have gigged it and it works fine. The 10 is great and mine 10 are the ones Pete first made as prototypes. I myself love the 12 for live. and that is my go to amp over the 10 or mini bud.

@@brucegregori thanks for your reply. May I put one more question: is the Bud 6 big enough for a more or less "real" Jazz tone, or is the Bud 10 the one to pick for a somehow real Jazz tone ? Thanks ahead !

@@jansteinbach2598 They are the same power section so the tone is basically the same - it is the size of the speaker that comes into play. I have done gigs with all of them and they can perform. My ears prefer a 12 with a band. Solo I can really use either box and as long as it is isnt super noisy they are fine.

Sorry if my question is stupid, I Got no expertise in amps. What would be the difference in sound between a bud head with a 12 cabinet, a bud six with a 12 extension cabinet, and a bud 12 combo ? I'm interested in buying an henriksen amp, and I like the idea of a lightweight amp, but I also want the best possible sound ! Thanks and cheers from France, great channel.

No worries at all. And really not much difference. Maybe a little brighter with the 6 and the 12.

@@brucegregori thank you for the answer ! I 'll go with the bud head and a cabinet for greater versatility then
