Now, let's inquire about the PR 6 GT tires. And, what about the GT vs NON-GT versions of PR 4, 5, and 6? If I ride one-up, is the GT necessary for sport-touring on my BMW RT?
The 6 I would believe is better as it’s an evolution of the 5. About your bike being the Bmw RT and riding with a pillion especially I believe the GT version would suit it better. But then again please check with the dealer. If not mistaken the BMW touring bikes come with GT spec tires from factory no?

Just put a set on my gsxr600 and I’m truly impressed with the grip it has in both wet and dry surfaces. Definitely my favourite tire

Goes amazingly well with the CB650R
The power 5 is more like hypersport which is equivalent to the Bridgestone S22, my favourite tires.

You're front tyre turns in the wrong direction, look at the mark for the rotation! ,😮
