I was laying down on bed the whole day while watching YT non stop, chilling, and then decided to do your 10 mins workout. Looks easy, but damn I am sweating and my heart’s pumping alright! It’s only 10 mins!! 🤣

Starting from today. Age -19 yrs , Current weight -54kg , Height - 5'5 Day 1 - Not easy at all. I took extra 2-3 mint break two times. My calves are also paining..but yeah no pain no gain Day 2 - skipped..as I was not well today. Day 3- Today it was a lil bit easier than the first day.. definitely sweating a lot because I didn't took any extra mint of break today..hope to lose some weight soon will keep u guys updated..

These simple two words “workout complete” has really powerful feeling. I just started working out, I never thought I would reach till the end, I also doubt myself saying that I will be exhausted after two minutes but when I saw workout complete I jump from happiness 🤣🤣 I just couldn’t believe, I did it. I stopped exercising a few months ago and started to feel weak. Today I made up my mind to start over and found this exercise. I died haha but I loved everything, the music, the movements ... thank you mizi !
thank you for the guide, Mizi! it is very easy to follow yet make me sweating so much! haha have been tried this workout for 4 days and i found that my waist size is decreasing by 2 cm (btw i also do the calories deficit, i cut the calories for about 300-500kcal for a day)
honey 300-500kcal is NOT ENOUGH!! this is dangerous and you're ruining your metabolism take it from a physiologist in nutrition trust me it would do more harm than good
@@aminaferdaous3665i think you misunderstood them… they meant they subtracted 300-500 from their usual calorie intake, they did not take 300-500 only everyday…
My legs feel heavy everytime I do this exercise.. and I'm breathless too but I still manage to do till the last.. I started 2 weeks ago.. I didn't have weighing scale so I just get my waistline from 36" to 33" now.. I feel motivated to continue.. I thought there's no improvement.. but I also do food diet but not so much..
the workout are simple but I'm sweating a lot! i've been exercise for 1 month and I never seen any workout that make me sweat alot in just 10 min like yours :o
