Miss Universe contest is unfair and bias as Manpreet brars answers were much better than even Sushmita Sen's. Miss Universe tried make India, Miss Universe since 1992 as no Indian won the title as even 1992 Madhu sapre was 1st runner up, 1993 Namarata came in the 5th spot and in 1994 india won..Because of their bias unfair therefore india gives more importance to Miss World now as main miss india participates in Miss World.

India and Venezuela. Two pageant power players that came the closest to a second Big Four pageant (Universe, World, International Beauty and Earth) with at least one back-to-back title reign with a first runner-up finisher.
Had Manpreet Brar succeeded Sushmita Sen
in Miss Universe 1995, India would've had a Universe back-to-back to go along with their repeat in Miss World 1999 and 2000 of Yukta Mookhey and Priyanka Chopra.
The same can be said for Venezuela. Had Jessica Barboza succeeded Elizabeth Mosquera in Miss International Beauty 2011, Venezuela would've had a back-to-back with Miss International Beauty to go along with their back-to-back in Miss Universe in 2008 and 2009 of Dayana Mendoza and Stefanía Fernandez.
Now, the Philippines have a second crack at a second Big Four pageant with at least one back-to-back if they win Miss Universe 2019. The Philippines already have a back-to-back in Miss Earth in 2014 and 2015 of Jamie Herrell and Angelia Ong. Ditto for Venezuela if they win Miss International Beauty 2019.
