    This video from Coach Trevor and the MS GYM will teach you how to get a great cardio workout while sitting in a chair or wheelchair for those with Multiple Sclerosis.
    Arm chair running works on 3 parts of your nervous system: your mid brain, spinal cord and your deep abdominal core. Your cardio system is also stimulated to give you more stamina and endurance.
    Whether you just received a multiple sclerosis diagnosis or have been previously diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, on a multiple sclerosis drug treatment plan, treating multiple sclerosis through HSCT or through diet changes exercise is extremely important and should also be in your toolbox for combatting multiple sclerosis. Live your live by design and NOT BY DIAGNOSIS.

    So cool to do this. Having to think of everything (blades, pelvis, talk spine, head and abs) was a brain workout as well. Such a great way to keep moving. Thanks so much

    Hello hi I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2001 and one of my goals is to be walking without a walker so I just started doing the exercises he said to just wanted to let you know hopefully I get a response from you

    Great exercise you can really feel that burn also I wanted to know if we can increase the intensity if we add weight like if we add 3 lb increase to 5 lb

      You can just make sure it doesn’t impact your form.
