I first saw your exercises on the Aby App. as I was doing the exercise programs a few years ago. I’m back at it and did today’s exercises without fatigue which can be a challenge for many. Thank you for the clear directions and explanations. You allowed flexibility based on one’s condition and the music volume was fine for me.

I lead fitness classes and balance workshops for older adults. I work with people anywhere from 55 - 92. I lead seated classes, chair classes, all the way to full strength classes. I'm 60, took an early retirement, and got into this space because it's a hugely underserved demographic when it comes to physical fitness. I was sick of seeing trainers treat older adults like they should be able to do anything the trainer could do. I love my classes and my participants and clients. I like their sense of humor and their outlook on life. Whenever I find something that I feel is of high quality and would be a positive thing to have in their life, I let them know. Your videos are just that. These aren't people with MS, but they are older adults with different types of joint and movement issues. You put together some of the best, well thought out, well ordered videos for fitness for people who need a low impact or seated alternative. Thank you! Do you have plans to do more of these. I see after the initial set they were a little slower in being released. You'd be doing a lot of people a huge service if you started putting more of these together. I can tell you're good at what you do, and you care about the people you serve. You're fantastic. Thank you.

Abu Garcia this literally brought tears to my eyes. I am going to start making videos again this year bc I do have a lot more content to share. Your kind and positive words mean so much to me! I had a very rough 2017 and bringing more of my content to those who could benefit this year is something that will help me feel fulfilled and purposeful again. Serving those who mean so much to me brings me incredible joy. Thank you so very much:)

Thanks Nancy. I just found your videos a few weeks ago and I love them! I have RRMS and knee arthritis. I can do these moves without causing further injury to my knee. My only negative is that the music could be a little quieter so we can hear the instructions better.

Thanks Nancy! My biggest qualm with exercise is that I am totally wasted afterward. This chair workout was exactly what I needed. I can still walk afterwards! (I have MS too...)

Thankyou! Just found this, great start to my new year. Really don't want to lose more mobility than I already have, and I hope this helps! (I have Primary Progressive MS)

Thanks so much I just did this this workout and plan on doing it 3-4 times a week. I'm a salesperson and have a hard time standing for more than a minute or so. I need to get back in shape. MS is not going to kick me in the butt anymore!!!

My aunt Lori really likes your videos. But she says its kinda hard to hear you over the music and some times its hard for her to keep up. I dont know if you can really control that but i think it would help a lot of people at the same time

Joy Davis, I have been given this feedback from some of my patients. Thank you. Please come back in a few months and try the Yoga and Tai Chi videos I am planning. These should be a better pace but still give a moderate challenge as that is what I am hoping to provide for viewers. Best wishes to you.
