Hello so I am going to do this exercise (challenge)for a week first Day 1 :- can't be more exhausted. Didn't did all burpee but around 60 .but ok I feel light today. Day 2 didn't did whole exercise just jumping jack, plack excercises. And crunches. My thighs were numb from yesterday exercise. Day 3 did whole exercise but my body is still numb

I 100% wish I could do this, but I know for a fact I can't do burpees or the plank. I have horrible upper body strength, plus I just started getting into shape and am trying to lose at least a 100 lbs.. (I'm hefty and I'm trying to fix it for future medical reasons)

Guys these are hiit workouts Your body needs 48 hrs recovery time if u do intense workouts It's advisable to do these workouts 2/3 times a week not everyday as it may lead to injury
I didn't get any definite results in 5 days cause I was doing it wrong 💀. But what I did for the burpees is for each set I did 15 burpees broken down, and then 10 normal. But I didn't do it with pushups because I am unable to do pushups
I want to do this so badly but the problem is I currently have a knee injury and it's been hurting for a long time now. I'm currently working on healing it but doing this workout will most likely make my knee hurt. I'll be doing this immediately after my knee finally heals!!!
I am trying the lesserafim workout , at day 1 it was so hard that I just did the burpees and jumping jacks with some of the rest but didn't finish them completely, at day 2 I improved so much I did every workout but the burpees I only did 1 set and did 50 jumps on a rope , and day 3 which is yesterday , same as day 2 but 2 sets of burpeesand 110 rope jumps with 10 push-ups for a beginner and I'm not gonna lie it's so hard and at day 1 I felt like I want to throw up and yeah now its getting easier 😅

That's motivating I used to do 1000 crunches a day for like 3 or 4 days but then became lazy and quiet But it was actually working so I might start doing it again

Why doubts? What happened? You don’t have to do it everyday,as long as you have a habit of doing any exercise and have a good diet for a long period of time you will see results :) need to be patient but ..

I like to count result by when I feel pain .. so 1 day. But ok.. real results.. it depends on your physical situation, diet 100%. For me, maybe 2 weeks? I could really feel stronger
i'd say the whole workout sequence will result in weight loss if also diet properly. BUT if you want to just pick few out of this, jumping jacks + burpee + jump squats are more aerobic (aka weight loss focused)

If you mean results as in getting abs, you need to have a low fat percentage first. If you mean losing weight, then you need to be in a calorie deficit.. Try going on a healthy diet, eating more proteins and limiting your sugar and fat intake.

if you also eat healthy, i think 1 week you will feel sore.. which i count as results! 1 month you will feel stronger and hopefully see a more toned body. by 3 months i think you can see noticeable change in mirror and people might start telling you they think you look different. just .. my very general findings..everyone is different!
That's an hospital bed worth workout to me. I need to call an ambulance before starting it 😂😂 Maybe starting with 10 is better for me. Even though I am 24, I feel like I already became old and getting cramps without doing anything.

So start with one week easy mode then one week medium mode then extreme mode. Ok❤

AS YOU SHOULD! doing excercise everyday which targets the same part is a bad idea. Overtraining is not good either, especially to a starter.

If I would do the 100 Burpees, I wouldn't be able to continue afterwards. I am just doing 40. My body needs to slowly process that😂

Both! The whole body cardio helps reduce fat and abs workout help tone muscles. Have to do both to get abs and don’t forget about healthy diet!
