  • Warm up your muscles before any stretching exercises. This will gradually increase the range of your muscles and get them ready for the vigorous movements of squash.
    Do this off court or use it as a group warm up session which has the added benefit of reinforcing quality squash movements and encouraging flowing movements making it valuable in more ways than one.
    Start with minimal short movements and increase the length of stride if you like as you warm up. This will become part of your mental preparation before you play getting mind and body ready for action.

      Imitation is a great way of learning so this form of warm up is invaluable. You can add different moves using the same moderate intensity level to keep it interesting. Thanks for the feedback
