    When I have eggs I always try something a bit different. Sometimes I fry onions in them and add a bit of beef broth.
    My favorite experience ever having an egg was one time when I was in Tokyo and I ordered some Katsu, which is a breaded sort of pork on top of rice with a little green in there. The chef cracked a raw egg on top of the pork and it sort of cooked and drizzled down over the really hot pork and into the rice. It was FANTASTIC.

    • @FloorManiac

      +FloorManiac P.s. I cant wait to try this poached eggs in the microwave thing! I used to scramble them in the microwave when I was a kid and wasnt allowed to use the stove.
      I have always felt like poaching eggs required a level of skill that I simply dont posses. Very intimidating. Your method gives me hope.

      I usually just add hot water to my oats. The water should be slightly more than the oats with a pinch of salt(my preference anyway). Cover and microwave for about 1-2 minutes. 1 is usually okay for me. Hope this helps

      Katie Pix he did it the same way, he cracked the egg into water, the water covered the egg and then he stuck into the micro for 1 min. Though what put me off was you know that white slimy stuff u get on an egg. That was on it. So maybe I'll stick with ur method. I think I answered my own question lol

  • @macaoron
    @macaoron 8 лет назад +2

    I thought you should never microwave eggs otherwise the yolk would explode (literally, Google it) Poking a hole with a toothpick or a hole in the yolk would prevent that, but then that defeat the whole purpose of poached eggs
