alll injector removals are a pain. very time consuming cleaning the job up afterwards and i think a lot of customers don't appreciate the work that goes into this type of repair
Got t40 bolt loose but the t40 bolt wont clear past injector body ? So bolt wont come out and therefore injector clamp wont come out? Any tips ease? What gives?
My man, thanks for at least putting down the torque but I wish you focused also on how you replaced the washer and the seal and not on cleaning! Thanks tho
A few videos of injector removal show using oven cleaner to soak and soften the black gunk prior to removal. The shop vac attachment is cool. Need a link
I read somwhere: brake cleaner does not dissolve this gunk, oven cleaner does but is corrosive to aluminium! Carburretor cleaner or cellulose paint thinners do the job well without fucking up plastic or aluminium parts.
My T1N1 ran fine until I pulled the bad injector causing Black Death. Reassembled and now it won’t start. I lost prime. Nothing at injectors. I have new injectors to install.
Omg I have to listen to hold muzak when I call up a government department and have to hang on for half an hour losing my sanity. Why do I also have to hear it when I'm trying to understand what you're saying? Don't you know this kind of thing is distracting and depressing? Really spoiling your message there, please get rid of it. Thank you.
Spray pb blaster on the hot engine multiple times before trying to take out the injector. Another trick is turning on the engine with the injector bolt out, the pressure on the chamber will push the injector out some of the times.
Good video. Good slap base.
Muy buen video , pero no veo como has sacado las impurezas de haberlo limpiado , muchas gracias por el aporte y tu tiempo para enseñarnos

Good video, but you didn’t show the old seal removal and new seal install…
So far so good with my 08 Gl320.

@@bartden9668 It is only safe to use if you are sure it won't affect wires. I have so clean and one injector wiring is covered with this crap :(

Is better to use plastic brushes because you will scratch the aluminum with metal brushes
