I reviewed this drone a couple years ago, most viewed video on my channel. Good little beginner GPS Drone, however the newer manufactured ones in the past year are now using a inferior app called RX drone compared to the HFUN Pro app mine was using on first release a couple years back. The HFUN pro app had many other cool camera options with multiple view angles at one time while you fly via the app. I have done true range distance tests on this drone and made a few other videos on it as well.

I bought this 2 years ago here in the Philippines. It cost just $70 here. Mine is slightly different. The on/off switch is underneath and it did come with a really nice carry case and 8 spare propeller blades. The original battery gave up after 18 months and i bought 2 new ones for just $10 each.
Overall it has been a great drone. Big thumbs up for your excellent video.
I got the l900 pro as my first ever drone and i confirm its good for beginners! I allows you to push hard to get skilled without to be to worry about crashing

It's the beginning of crossbow season here in NY,so I haven't had any time to fly my drone. Plus,my daughter is having issues with her pregnancy,so instead of a Christmas baby,it looks like my granddaughter will be here by Thanksgiving😊When everything calms down,& I can find a holder for the GoPro that you sent me,I can TRY & get both of my RUclips channels up & running😊

I'm looking on Amazon,for a scope mount for a GoPro.Tactacams are so pricey,& I've seen plenty of great hunting & fishing footage using GoPro's.
You really answered all the questions I had been thinking about.. I am a photographer who getting into the drone business but not yet fully engaged with this technology.. I need to learn to fly drones in professional fashion but not trying to spend a lot on testing and crashing.. thanx a lot.
You will be surprised how good of pictures you can get with this drone, a great way to learn with a small investment, my go to drone every day is the Mini3 I paid $650 for,

I spent only 1 day looking and ran across the L900 Pro. Based on price I wondered if it even had a camera. I was Surprised to find all it had to offer and Skeptical that it could be true.
What actually brought me here was wondering HOW do you charge the battery.
I guess I picked the right video to watch cause you showed me that it does do ALL it claims, and the pointers you suggest I know will be most helpful.
I have only 3 questions remianing for me.
1) Are there batteries that can last longer than 15mn?
2) What would you suggest I should keep on had for Backup Parts, besides Batteries.
3) Can you, then HOW can you download Pic or Video to PC?

If your going to use it for anything other than just learning a new hobby or how to fly you will need a better drone for scouting, since the Mini3 came out from DJI , I have seen Mini1 and Min2’s going for $150-$200, you will not be disappointed in those drone at all, and most never need to upgrade and the flight time is closer to 30 minutes.
They dont make better batteries for the L900, it s still the cheapest GPS drone with brushless motors out there!
Got a L900se pro after watching your video very good for beginners ordered 1 extra battery as 1 is not enough

Wow, it Does it normally take a month, usually takes about two weeks for them to send me a drone

Hi, I would just like to say about this drone that the drone might be a scam, because in the remote controller, it has a display showing you everything you need such as distance, altitude, and everything you need, but the distance said in drone's controller is incorrect and falsely programmed, for example, if your drone was 5 meters away, the controller would say its 10 meters away, so the distance is doubled from the distance the drone really is, and the drone clams to go 1.8Km, that's incorrect and the drones true distance would only be half that. Its discouraging because this drone is really good for the price, but the fact that the company programed they're telemetry systems to show a wrong distance makes it not worth it.
anyways I hope people getting this drone knows about this first because they're gonna need it.

Also, some WiFI drones have WiFI connection issues, sometimes, the WiFi of the drone will show up with then it suddenly disconnects and the WiFI never pops up again this is normal for cheaper drones like this. @@b4ugo
Hello, I just bought this drone but I am having trouble getting the camera to work. I am able to connect it and fly it but when I click on the video or photo option it says “connect to preview”.
What about the L800 pro from tomtop just £156 with gps and 3 axis gimble. With obstacle avoidance and 3 batterys, bag ect am ordering one would love to see review on one, only managed to find ppl flying them no real review.
Sounds like a good deal, but I cant find one in US right now. Also, the HS710 is $169 right now.

i bought one, pressed return to home, it came back but went up instead of coming down, the controller said it went up to 999m and i never saw it again, bought a new one, a motor failed and it fell out of the sky and i was not able to find it assume it landed in a tree, i never got more than about 10 flights out of any of them, very disappointing experience

I love your videos and think you are one of the most straightforward reviewers out there. I purchased this through Banggood for my six-year-old grandson. The first flight went well, and he loved it. Only one battery worked, or so I thought. After recharging we went out to fly, but the drone would not start. No lights, nothing. I contacted Banggood. Their solution is for me to find the problem and fix it, and then they will reimburse me for the parts! Not a solution at all. They seem unwilling to refund or replace. I will take the loss and find my grandson something comparable from a U.S. vendor. Too bad, because it really is a sweet little flyer. Well, based on one flight. I'll never buy anything from Banggood again!
yes, i got a FPV drone with a bad motor and had to send them a video showing that it didnt work, they wanted me to take it to a shop but I ordered a new motor and they sent me $70. I guess thats easier than shipping it all the way back to china. Amazon stock is local, Bangood is all stocked and shipped from CHina. Better prices but there is the chance this could happen. Walmart has a NetNew drone that is pretty simular for $99. But, they is a lot of FPV parts you can only get on Bangood. Thanks for the Input!
@@b4ugo After more than a week of back and forth with them, someone from customer service emailed me directly to say they would send me another drone to replace it. Hopefully, this one will work. I actually looked for the NetNew drone because I saw your review, but haven't been able to find it on the Walmart website. Thanks.

I have the L900 pro se and can confirm what PERTH WEST OZ RC says. The Hfun app series doesn't work, instead I have to use a crapper app called Hfun UFO or RxDrone. Hfun UFO gives the smoothest 1080p video without fisheye distortion, but it crashes when hitting record. RxDrone is just crap. I'm going to order a new FPV camera and swap out the existing WIFI camera unit, because the L900 pro itself is a great drone, it's just the camera that sucks. With a new analog FPV camera that has a 1km range (75$ setup) it should be way more fun and should be able to fly behind trees, etc, without losing FPV signal. I'll post a video in a few weeks once the parts arrive and i get them secured to the drone.
thanks for your input, yes the camera leaves a lot to be desired, but its still at the top of the list for value, the Eachine E520s is down to $65, released that review today.
@@b4ugo The sad thing is, the camera itself is actually quite nice. It does real 1080p clear video. The problem is the apps. Some of them won't record without crashing, and others force a weird fisheye effect on the image. I found one app called HF UFO that gives crystal clear 1080p video without any fisheye effects, but the app won't record, so I have to use a screen recording app that shows all the buttons and icons from the app over the recording which is annoying.
IF they would just release a decent app for the camera the drone would be worth twice as much.

@@b4ugo I wish there was a way to hook the L900 pro digital camera up to an analog transmitter, but it uses a proprietary ribbon cable. Dang!! What a waste of a good HD camera.

L300 and S6S are cheaper. I would buy one without a gimbal for $120-$130 or so if it had true onboard EIS ( like The Tello) and an SD card slot. Makes it a lot less fragile to carry. Gimbal guards all fall off in a bag or in your pocket. MJX Bugs 19 EIS has become too expensive.
This gimbal only goes up and down. It would take a pretty good price to knock it off. But I agree with you, in the beginning don’t even worry about the camera just learn how to fly the drone. Thanks for watching
@@b4ugo What I mean is that this L900 would be a nice drone if it has EIS. Then I would be willing to pay a bit more. Look at the Tello. Although it is only 720P the video is pretty good.
@@driewiel Tello has brushed motors tho and will turn to garbage pretty quickly when the motors have burned out.
@@jairdabrini Maybe. I haven't use my Tello a lot so far. But actually it's not too bad a drone for filming myself while riding my bike. I just wish it had a dedicated controller and sd card so I could fly it without the phone.
This might sound a bit stupid, but did you try removing the camera module? I've saw this module on some cheaper drones, and it does have an SD card slot in the back, where its probably covered by the drone's body.

Are you unlocking the motors? Also you have to bind the controller to the drone

please help me..i bought a dron l900pro (it's not a pro se and or pro se max) it has a cover on the top to install a module obstacle but i can't find it anywhere..
I wouldnt install it, it is so hit and miss at this price point it will work until you need it to, lol, best to learn to fly and not get near any trouble

Update: I got the drone, its pretty good, I'm not so happy that the fly more combo cost 200 but it was a pretty good purchase. My next step is to register the drone so I have the rights to fly it wherever I want.

Registering is only required if over 250g or you are flying under part 107 or flying in controlled air space. Even under part 107 you still have to be aware of nfz or request permission in certain areas (controlled air space) under laanc. Starting 2/20/2023 recreational flyers can use LAANC but make sure you have your TRUST certificate.

Which drone do you suggest for indoors with follow me function? I want to use it for Real Estate video touring. I’ve gotten pretty decent flying indoors.
The best for the money is the DJI Mini3 with follow me, I wouldnt get a drone with that function without obstacle avoidance. Don’t forget, you need your Part 107 if you are making Real Estate footage with a drone.
Hello! Can the transmitter of the LYZRC L900 PRO be switched to Mode 1 (right throttle)?
I think all remotes for GPS drones can, they use that in the UK more for some reason, the instructions are in the handbook

To be honest I have never used the 108, i dont think there is a better GPS drone with brushless motors for the price of the 900
from myanual i use the rx drone app in which the aircraft does not obey all the commands also at about 600 meters it loses contact do you know why this happens ? there is a solution ? what am I doing wrong ? Thank you very much
wow, mine was about 300 meters, your getting better than I did, but that is about as far as I would trust a wifi drone anyway. to go father you going to have to spend more. But, legally you cant go BVLOS anyway!

I saved and got sjrc f22s and it died in air crashed and broke I don't know if I accidentally hit emergency stop or it was one of the motors I had problems with I only few twice. Any idea how I can get fixed or if there is warranty. I'm so sad I want to just cry.
Those might be nice for the money but the video on those shakes and they lose video signal and it locks up within 90 ft away plus the Drone drifts the GPS is not very good I want to spend any money on a drone like that that you're showing me after reviewing videos and looking around and what people have purchased on what they've got

I like the price of the LYZRC, but it is so much easier through Amazon, but, if you can wait you could save some money, they are pretty close in performance

Camera will be complete crap and distance you might get to the end of the field, you get what you pay for
A chip toy. I bought one. Yes, it flies like a toy. Impossible to record a video. They never said that you need a hight tech phone with 5G wifi ( 802.11 ac ). Frustrated.
Buy this for a child its a toy.
Not worthy. For 200$ you get F11s , which is the best budget 5Ghz GPS drone you can buy nowadays with 2-axis gimbal stabilization and real 4K video at 30 FPS and range 3KM. Don't waste your money on such a crappy drone like this one here - L900 - sux in all areas.
Cod, the point is that its $100 GPS drone with brushless motors, it flew fine for me and I had no problems, thats all some people might have to spend, thanks for the input
