    Hadith
    Narrated Wa'il ibn Hujr:
When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) recited the verse "Nor of those who go astray" (Surah al-Fatihah, verse 7), he would say Amin; and raised his voice (while uttering this word).
    Sahih (Al-Albani)
    Sunan Abi Dawud, 932

    In reply to 9:41 :
Ash-Shaafa‘i was asked whether the imam should raise his voice when he says Aameen. He said: Yes, and those who are praying behind him should also raise their voices. It was said to him: What is the proof? He said: The words of the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him): “When the imam says Aameen…” This indicates that the imam is enjoined to say Aameen out loud, because those who are praying behind him cannot know when he says Aameen unless he makes it so that it can be heard.
    End quote from I‘laam al-Muwaqqi‘een (2/396-398).

What about first takbeer. Did Prophet s.a.w say it aloud and if so y don't u say it???? If prophet s.a.w recited qirat loudly y don't u follow "sallu kama ra aytamooni o salli". Every zikr that Prophet s.a.w said loudly should be followed in the same fashion as He did otherwise give daleel for each zikr that u do silently when imam says it aloud.

Another narration of Waa’il ibn Hujr which tells us that Prophet used to say 'Ameen' loudly as opposed to 2:29:
Abu Daawood (932) narrated that Waa’il ibn Hujr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) recited “wa laa’d-daalleen (or of those who are astray)” [al-Faatihah 1:7], he would say “Aameen,” raising his voice.
Ad-Daaraqutni said: Its isnaad is hasan. Al-Bayhaqi said: Hasan saheeh. It was classed as saheeh by al-Albaani, who said: Its meaning is sound, and there is corroborating evidence in the hadith of Waa’il ibn Hujr, with a saheeh isnaad.

He has to say Amin to the Imam with a loud voice, and this Mubah is one of the Ikhtalaf, which cannot be objected to the one who does and the thief. (Zad al Muaad 119/1).

About Professor Javed Ahmed Ghamidi, he can be right or wrong but his level of tolerance and morals are commendable and example for every scholar of this era and should follow suit, I not only believe that there is no scholar of his stature profundity of religious thought and precision of its understanding and lucidity of his articulation in the Muslim word, but I also believe that I have yet to see anybody more profound just and humane than Professor Javed Ahmed Ghamidi sahib, when it comes to commentary on social issues including human rights. May Allah bless his countless blessings upon Ghamdi sb! Ameeeeeen.

Brother you need to also mention and acknowledge all the hadith that say to say ameen out loud and explain why there is preference of one opinion over the other. So it is balanced and easier for us to defend hanafi position.

In my opinion, he does not need to mention this. He is presenting the proof of Hanafi Fiqh regarding Salaah. Of course, other schools of the Ahl-u Sunnah have different proof for some aspects regarding Salaah. But presenting those would go way beyond the scope of this series.

    In response to 5:20 :
    Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Say Amin" when the Imam says it and if the Amin of any one of you coincides with that of the angels then all his past sins will be forgiven."

Show me a single Hadieth on each one them where He s.a.w said that muqtadi should say them silently.

say it so only you can hear it, but not anyone next around you. If you say it so that the person next to you can also hear it then that is ok but it is better to do it so only you can hear it.

At-Tirmidhi narrated from Sufyaan ath-Thawri, from Waa’il ibn Hujr, who said:
"I heard the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) recite “Ghayr il-maghdoobi ‘alayhim wa laa’d-daalleen (not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray) [al-Faatihah 1:7],” then he said, “Aameen,” elongating the word. "

All the ahadees which says that prophet makes ameen in his heart are definitely week by matan...obviously how he knew it as prophet was not saying anything.. He might said that prophet read surah e ikhlaas after fatiha in heart and nobody can deny because no one can listen because it was behind the tongue...it clearly proves that there is loud ameen after fatiha at time of prophet and sahaba that's why these fabricaiona are made
