    Hey Rebecca, I really love your podcast and I love your Take Out Therapy program. One thing that I recently discovered after going through a break up is attachment style and attachment theory. I recently discovered that I’m anxiously attached and that my partner was in avoidant attachment style. Is it possible that you could consider Maybe making an episode about this topic? Also wanted to share that the book called attached really helped me discover this. It’s really unfortunate because I discovered this after my relationship was over🙃

      Hi Joey! Thanks for being a member of the Take Out Therapy community! I really value your ideas and feedback and absolutely... I've had attachment on my list for too long. Episode coming soon.
      I recommend that book to my clients all of the time. It's so helpful.
      I find it refreshing to know that we can change our attachment patterns with a healthy relationship partner, some awareness and work. Keep plugging!
