my child is 8 years old will she need to get the covid vaccine now for the green card application? my understanding was that 12 and under did not require this. Thank you for the video

Most people in Mexico have gotten an non CDC approved vaccine. Is there a way to get around that? Or travel by land since I’ve heard they don’t ask for it. Or is it a requirement for the consulate interview?
Asking because my uncle wants to apply for H2 jobs, but it’s super hard to find an approved vaccine. He’s willing to get the required one in the states if that’s possible. He got CanSino

Yes it is mandatory. There are exceptions See the NAFSA.org website for up to date info on Covid exceptions

Our Lawyer told us children under 18 are not required as of last January!
Or was that for the Air travel requirements?

Not required in certain countries where it would be against the law to force them to do it*
