As I commented in the previous video, use a funnel to mix the miralax into the liquid. I like no sugar Powerade. Buy generic miralax. Much less expensive.

This is a good prep I mix Miralax with organic coconut water with no pulp it's delicious.

It's so frustrating that every video says different measurement for the miralax. The pharmacist told me to buy the family size one, the lady at the office said 2 small bottles and this vid says 1 small bottle and 1 medium bottle.
