Did you try it? Did the layers come out as shown in the video? By removing the cake from the oven time and again did the cake bake evenly.

The whole cake of 4 layers takes 65 mins to bake. Won’t the layers at the bottom be overbaked and gets too dry ?

Cindy ngian hi I have never used gelatine sheet before but suggest to use 8g gelatine sheets (I use 8g of gelatine powder)
