To get the chest at @14:28 (Advanced Gear Part)
When you first enter the area, @13:20 you move either character up and away from the elevator, while one character remains and controls the elevator lowering it down. Then switch to the character that you left above and move across the upper platform to the other side getting the chest.
Simply put, if the elevator at the entrance is lowered then the hidden platform leading to the chest is raised.
I had to figure this one out myself. Hope this helps.
Wow. I gave up trying to get this chest because I didn't realize they both go in opposite directions. I have one more chest to go! 101 now!
