ahh practicing for 8th grade after two years of losing touch with piano. thank you so much. this helped me learn again and cool down the stress eating my head.
I can't thank you enough for this lesson, you made it very clear to me and especially you used complicated scales and not only the easy ones like d- or a- to explain it all. Your video helped me a ton to understand the minor scales.
So like I do metal, and I need to write a song and want a piano intro, I thought minor would help, would u reccomend harmonic minor? That's what I'm using on the guitar mostly.
The melodic is like danger coming.
The harmonic is like pyramid time.
Lol true I always remember the moment I learnt A Minor Harmonic

This is the best tutorial on RUclips on the natural, melodic, and harmonic minor.
Ow my gosh.this is the most amazing video.
I have a question, why do we have Natural and Melodic in this scale? Can someone explain to me?
At 1:29, why are the accidentals written on the stave as well as the key signature? Just wondering.
@@HuwRees Thanks for the explanation!

Thank u and appreciated it for the tutor but I feel like a harmonic minor scale is tiny different sounds? And I wonder if its correct..
Very thanks to you sir..
Thank you for the lessons
The music theory was very informative.
But i have a small doubt. Can i compose a song in 2 scales. Eg. Build up in c minor and drop in c major?
Of course. Although Going from C major to C minor (so, the opposite) could be more difficult to pull off.
hello in the a minor scale you forgot on your sheet to write the g sharp
No it's at 13.36
Thank you👍🏻👍🏻
