We have an existing video on it under “no camera man needed” and I am making another video about it with the incorporated middle things controller as well.
Oh my god that setup is mind blowing!! I love the PTZ for the cameras (with activetrack). That is incredible that you can still operate everything remotely too. How did you learn to do all of this?
Sweet! Could you explain how you managed to get RUclips on the LED wall? I assume you played it out from a deck link card but what app do you use to do that?
This is a very cool setup, this is something i have envisioned to do, and I am very certain i can make it similar to this....the control is spot on. What i love is the screen and its versatility....and the PTZ Ronin Blackmagic with Auto track.... All displays are fully routable thru the 40x40 ? and then switched via the constellation 8K, my question is would this be doable with 1 extreme iso as the switcher...i don't have 8K money lol... this is excluding the iso for recording as well....cuz that has always been my plan for recording...
You could use an atem mini extreme as your switcher but you will soon become very limited in number of video inputs you can use at a single time or number over extra features like two super sources (one for video wall and one for live stream) or overlays, Media players. etc
just a quick question @A2Z Productions is it not easier to run vmix on teams or zoom or even skype with NDI than running everything hardware based with multiple laptops running single laptops with 1 caller at a time and pulling that into the hardware and just streaming with hardware. it feels like i have had more success with vmix and NDI than running hardware only?maybe you have an easier and better way but just want to hear your opinion on this and what the benefits are to running hardware only?
The short answer is yes. Less cables and hardware and components is likely a lot easier. However it’s not necessarily more reliable, flexible, or as low latency as more hardware based solutions. That’s why we run with a lot of hardware. Least amount of risk of freezing, or delays, or all crashing because the CPU or GPU couldn’t handle a specific or number of tasks at a single time. Also helps with having multiple people run a system with different skills and responsibilities at each station vs having one person responsible for everything. It’s a lot to handle for one person sometimes. We are all about backups and prioritizing the success of the show no matter what happens or is thrown at us over everything else.
Nice job! I'm from belgium I like the way you're doing your job. A question : Why do you 'name' a Zoom call a Zoom 'drone'? Just a word, but it's disturbing me..🙂Have fun and Happy New Year! happy 22!
A zoom drone is simply a computer that is joined onto a zoom call but it can be used for other platforms as well in similar ways or used for just graphics, playbacks, powerpoints, control, etc. mostly used for zoom and identifies a piece of hardware. That’s one reason we call it zoom drones and not zoom calls. Identifying the hardware and use, not the software directly.
how do you connect two mac (1) together when one has the DAW and the other computer (2) streaming only but I need to get the sound from the daw from mac (1) to sync with the stream. the question is how do I do that. please advise
Would certainly like to see more in-depth info about the Ronin setup. At our tech conference, our speakers tend to walk back and forth quite a bit.
What a cool setup! Master stroke. please do a separate video on ATEM switcher remote control from a distant location. Thanks
Awesome...just Awesome! the level of control possible with this set-up is amazing
Thank you very much!
do you have a full build tutorial for the ronin rig? its exactly what i need, would also be perfect for the micro studio 4k
We have an existing video on it under “no camera man needed” and I am making another video about it with the incorporated middle things controller as well.
Would love to get that video wall and stage. Maybe in my studio 2.0
Awesome setup 😎 Another fabulous video guys. C u in 2022. Have a great Christmas 🎄
How do you get rid of the Moire in-camera? I get that alot when shooting the subject against the videowall.
Try using parsec as your Remote Desktop it’s so much better
What does he mean by Zoom drone?
Hi, this os an amazing setup !! Could tou tell me How do you have learned to reach this level of knowledge? Where did learn all about this?
Really nice explanation of the setup! Well done guys.
Merry Christmas
What is that laptop /desk stand you have on the stage? Love the vids by the way, very informative 🙂

Do you have a Valium dispenser for when it's being used by a single operator? 😄
very big fan of everything that you do
When you try to compare your small NYC apartment to a penthouse in Malibu, CA. 😭😂 Insane setup btw!
Guess we have different ideas as to what a budget set up is
woow 😍 amazing am in love with your setup I will like to know, what type of decklink card is this?
What is the total cost of this buildout?
I'm in DC and will definitely reach out to you when it's time to move my studio out of my home/office.

Also interesting in this. How much and where can I buy one? Currently building out plans for our new studio.
brilliant effort....great work
Curious, what lenses do you use on your BMD studio and pocket cams?
Awesome stuff btw keep up the good work!
How did you get companion working on your phone I’m trying to get that on my iPad is that possible?
"endless budget" and uses Blackmagic for everything
AWESOME!

Yes All screens are routable through the 40x40. Pretty much all output signals go to 40x40 first and then to their destination display.

Aha...I see...would have to 2 use possibly 2-3 extremes *sigh* in tandem to really get the true power similar to the 8K
please make a video about the video wall !!!!
What's the vertical monitor on the stage desk?

@@A2ZProductions Thanks... :-) It was quite disturbing for me... I'm also a drone pilote... ;-)
Now I know how the Avengers felt when they met Thanos.
How do you get mix minus on Audio with Zoom calls?
This is amazing by the way.
Thank you!

You could use Dante Virtual Soundcard
This is amazing
WOW!!!
Amazing!
Thank you!
Do you know the manufacturer of the video wall?
Blizzard
Looks lovely, but you really don’t take any care of your cables. Stop walking on them as it can damage the cable.
This is not and endless budget studio build. Where's the Grass Valley? Where's the K-Frame? Where's the 8K Cameras?
And the car
Let’s hear more about that video wall! That thing is sexy 😍
cooll=))
Can you send me your ATEM transition/box macros? Thanks!
Glorified OBS setup.
