just a follow up but if you had gone with the SDI extreme ISO you could have used a SDI distributor to have up to 8 output for Tally light and camera control
Hey Matthew, I’m Guil and this studio amazing! Great job. I have had this idea in my head for awhile so seeing it realized on a RUclips video is amazing so thank you for sharing.
How do I connect the audio interface of 6 mics that I have into the atem? I have multiple mics and need help in integrating it with the atem for live feeds or recording
This setup looks sick! Is there a list of gear that you put together that you could share? Im interested to see how much would the investment be for the entire setup. Great content!
Would it be feasible if you can only livestream in 1080 I guess if doing post editing then it might make sense but 4K RAW is more than sufficient am I correct
Yes and yes the 5th camera only powers our green screen, the atem mini SDI dose not have a the same sound options so you may want to run your audio through a sound board.
We use 5 cameras on this set, I took that part of your comment backwards. You could have up to 8 cameras with the Television studio. From what I can tell the SDI pro ISO has 4 SDI camera imputes and a “webcam” input which I assume is USB C.
So SDI extreme ISO has 8 inputs and 4 outs one of which would be dedicated for the multiview leaving 3 outputs. I see the possibility of only three cameras having both camera control from the SDI Atem mini and camera feeding into the SDI Atem mini simultaneously while up-to 8 cameras are recording via iso. If so is there an alternative that allows for camera control of more cameras by using say a converter without stepping up like you have done to the TV studio
I mean we get a pretty decent sound out of them without to much P pop, we will probably get some before we take them on the road to a convention later this year.
@doveshouse You could attach an SSD to each camera and if you film with the record in all cameras box checked you would get a 4k black magic raw file from each camera all filmed independently to the SSDs but they would all start and stop at the same time for easy multi cam editing.

The cycling colored lights are messing with the white balance. You don't need them anyway. Thanks for the awesome vid. Cheers!
Hope the rumor of the blackmagic 4k atem pro ISO is coming end of this year

William Byron and Alex bowman fan here. Nice desktop background!
Awesome & Thanks :)
What if you don't have a wireless device for the multiview?
coooool~~

You probably need a sound board to get 6 mics connected, unless you have 6 cameras.
Have you sold the rodecaster and stem mini?

Yes have bean waiting on RUclips verification to add the links to the description, I’ll reply back again when they get added.
all added to the description.
@@gamesandtechchannel awesome, thank you!
Why did you go with this board instead of the SDI extreme ISO

Why you didn’t get the 6k pro whith this beautiful setup ?

would the same set up have been possible with the Atem mini SDI extreme ISO or say 5 cameras instead of 4

Power cable was in foam, bottom side first one y removed
Their was no power cable in either of my boxes, double checked after this comment. If some out their do that’s interesting.
@@gamesandtechchannel sorry I must have been wrong. Thought I saw it in backside of foam when u unboxed
pop filter needed on mics?

Can the internal storage capture four 4k concurrent feeds independently?
Oh... It's not a 4k board... Well I wonder if the 4k boards could do that.

@@doveshouse I think the 4k8 has program out recording in 4k, but not ISO. That's how I understand it, at least
why don't you use MADI and MADI MICROPHONE CONVERTER ? much less visible cables

What lens are you using
Most of them are from the LUMIX G series.
I went with two lenses the Lumix GX Vario 12-35 and the 35-100
