Firstly, thank you about the black triangles! I hate mine! Secondly, could you show before after pics of how white bio clear can get one's teeth? My perception of white and another person's can be sooo different.
Traditional Bioclear technique didn't change the color of the tooth THAT much. BUT, I've been upgrading my technique, combining Bioclear with other composite technique and now I can make a pretty dramatic change in the color. If you go on my instagram, you will see the most recent case posted has a rather large color change.

I finally found this method after a lot of searching. What has your experience been with those of us with periodontal disease and recession? In addition, I'm pretty nervous about any pain as I have sensitivity and root exposure.
A lot of the cases I do are with people with CONTROLLED periodontal disease and recession. Gum disease and straightening of teeth with orthodontics are the two most common reasons to get black triangles. The gum disease has to be controlled/stabilized before the treatment though. The gums can't be bleeding during the treatment. As far as pain on root exposure, I can't guaranty it will make it better, but it usually helps, as the composite covers the root structure and blocks things from touching the roots
Can Bioclear still be done and bonded to dentin if a dentist removed too much enamel for porcelain veneer prep? I’m hoping to save my teeth. My dentist shaved my perfectly good teeth to proceed with a treatment I didn’t want. I do not want porcelain veneers I want the more natural looking Bioclear treatment.
It can be done. But usually if someone already has porcelain veneers, I recommend replacing with porcelain veneers. A lot of porcelain veneers do look fake. But they don't have to. The bond is not as strong as too enamel, but I've never had a composite veneer fall off.

Do you still need temp veneers if getting prepless veneers.
If you're referring to Bioclear Veneers then no, since they are made on the spot in one day. . If you're referring to Porcelain veneers, then you don't NEED temporaries with prepless veneers. But I use the temporaries as guides for the finals. Without them you are less likely to get what you want in the finals. Also VERY FEW cases can truly be prepless. And even the ones that can would be better with the very slightest prep.

Oh my gosh. I got to the end of the video and you said five or six hours . That's a long time to be sitting there. Especially if you get your whole mouth done. That part I don't like.
Depending on the case, Bioclear black triangle closure between two teeth may take an hour or so. He is referring to cases when a lot of teeth need to be wrapped in Bioclear veneers. Even in those cases, the work can be accomplished over several appointmens, up to 2 hours.
