I agree, the string height and intonation adjustment on this bridge are also both pretty weak. This is a pretty slow moving project for me though, and I'll probably put in the proper Seymour Duncan Invader first. But the bridge is a possible future project. In spite of some negatives, this is still one of my favorite Squire guitars.

Swap the bridge for an American Standard hardtail bridge it will fit right on and give you a much better tone.
