Thank you.
Yes it was terrific ,wasnt going to get but i mit thank for all the info you showed
You are very welcome.
I bought this kit about 6 months ago. I haven't had time to build it. After seeing your video, I'm glad because I don't think I would have done it justice. You nailed the color perfectly. When I do build it, I will use your video as reference. Excellent build. Thanks
Thank you so much.
thanks for such a thorough and beautifully done model!
Thank you so much.
She came out great Steve. Love it
Thank you Gil
Beautiful model. With a build that's beautifully executed.. Wow!
She's the original influence on all (dare I say) sexy metal.
The "TWINS" in the game Atomic Heart was most definitely influenced by Maria.
Just pre-ordered this model.. Can't wait.
Thank you so much for your kind comments
Just received mine!
Excellent
This was a terrific build. Hard to resist getting this model-- it is such a great influence on robot history. Plus good materiel call-out.
Thank you Eliot.
Stunning work!!!
Thank you very much!
wow.outstanding work👍
Thank you so much 😀
GREAT build video...I really appreciate the time you took showing all stages of construction. Your choice of paint and the lighting design was beautiful. Congrats on a job wonderfully done!
The undergating will come in handy for X-Plus if they decide to do plated editions in the future. They've indicated that there will be at least one alternate version of this kit with the Maria Robot in a sitting position...
Awesome, thank you! Thats what I thought. Cheers
Superb job. You must have done a little research on the original color of the costume because that looks like a good mix of gold and silver.
Yes, you are right
Super great model just love it and the B&W photos for the realism thanks. 🙂Thomas over at The Model Hobbyist
Glad you enjoyed it. Thank you.
That's a beautiful silver/gold finish, I recently picked up this kit and I'll be using this as a painting guide. Btw, what is the choral music that plays at the start of the video?
Thank you, I don't remember the name, sorry
Looks great! How did you get the lettering to pop on the back of the chair?
It’s been a while, I think I just dry brush the lettering.
Wow! Steve you’ve done the most fantastic job on this beautiful kit. I’ve just received mine in the post today and if I can do only half as good as you then I’ll be pleased! Did I see you drilling out the eyes Steve? Wonder why you did that my friend. Stupendous. I’ve just reserved the Cyclops from Seventh voyage of Sinbad also by X Plus, will you be giving that a go too? Respect.
Thank you, yes I drilled them out so they would stand out. I also have preordered the cyclops and next version of vamperella.
I don't get why they give you so much plastic that ends up being hidden when assembled?
Its all part of the sculpture / costume.
How can a 12v battery power all of those LEDs? I can only get mine to power four.
It worked for me, you can see it on the video.
@@ScaleModelKitReview Yes I can see that. I'm using 5mm LEDs. Do you know if the 3mm you're using draw less power?
And finally (maybe; thanks for these responses): did you wire this in series or parallel?
What brand of glue is that you use in the black bottle with the applicator and where can I get it?
Model Master Liquid Cement, or you can use Revell Contacta Professional Liquid Glue, or Faller Plastic Glue, they all have the fine applicator tip.
@@ScaleModelKitReview thank you for getting back with me I enjoy your videos you do great stuff. Thanks again.
