Update: Donthe Lucas was arrested and found guilty of first degree murder (4yrs later). He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Kelsie’s body was never found but prosecutors had enough evidence to finally charge him. RIP Kelsie and baby. My heart goes out to her family.

You can blame child support for this, a mother has 2 opportunities to financially avoid child expenses, abortion, and adoption, a man has none and this pushes a lot of men to kill their would be baby mommas so their not financially enslaved to someone they had no say in having, if you were the one having to pay half of your pay(or going to jail) you would see it too, but obviously women in the US live in a world that caters to their every whim so they wouldn't understand, she is just as guilty as he is in this situation because her power over him makes her a threat to his quality of life and survival, she can abort or give it up for adoption he doesn't need to live for her and some kid.

I’m loving the fact that Donthe was arrested & charged with First Degree Murder in Kelsie’s case 🙏❤️ He’s been in jail around a year now & it’s going to trial by summer of 2019, as his Attorney needs more then 3 months they initially had in place ~ 🙏 Prayers for her Mom & Family, it’s been 6 years without her daughter & still have not found her remains 😔 But the Prosecution feels they have enough to seek an indictment & indeed they’re on the way 🙏❤️ I pray that Donthe finds it in his heart to let her parents know where she is, allowing them to bring her home & find some closure 🙏

As absolutely awful as this situation is I'm so glad to see people rally around this girl and demand justice no matter what color her skin is. It seems that people have lost sight of who they're fighting for not based on the kind of person they were in life but based on their race. This gives me hope. wherever she is I pray for her to be at peace🙏💓

She had broken up, I believe he searched for her and convinced to be friends again, but when she told him she was pregnant he was angry??? that is strange for someone that loves a woman. He only wanted her for sex or what? they were in their ´20s, not adolescents.

Looks like the update is the “boyfriend” was finally arrested on Murder charges. Danthe strongly states and filed a motion that Kelsey’s father was abusive and killed his daughter. Kelsey’s body has never been found.
