Hi Alex, great question. The short answer is No, theres many ways to reduce your taxes. Let me put it this way, the Pros far out weight the cons. Also, I prefer not to disclose too many details, but I buy +-4 properties per entity, and I have many different entities 💪🏻

Depends on how you own your property. It's better not to own any assets in your personal name.
I would suggest consulting with a professional.
