How is it, Sean, that you have aquired so many skills. It seems you have the answer to every renovation problem. The problems inherent in renovating a chateau are more complicated than your usual DIY challenges in a regular home. You are a pleasant, humble, cheerful fellow and the Pethericks are lucky to have you as a friend and master of your trade. A pleasure to watch your videos.
Dearest Sean, you are doing always such a great Job, whatever you are doing. Love that you share your Life with us and that you take care of the Pethericks and specially Michael. He would be lost with the Cottage without you. Thank you for being who you are.
You have a great knack of making all your vlogs interesting Sean. They are well thought of, shot, and filled with humour. That was just great, thank you x ❤
Eggy Bread looks like what we call French toast here in the states. That’s quite funny!!! The Petherick’s are lucky to have you. It seems like a nice friendship between all of you.
I'm Australian, my mums originally from Yorkshire, UK, and she always called it egg bread. She made it alot when I was growing up. It was always savoury.
Great job sealing the joints for the gutter! You do it so neatly and make it look easy. I have been watching all the work you have been doing in Michael's gardener's cottage. It really is looking good!
I love seeing how skilled you are in the work situation but seeing you with Ernest melted my heart. That was lovely. Sean you are a gentleman. Thanks for sharing the video with us.😊
Damn Sean you have good knees. I was impressed when you were kneeling on the hardwood floors inside the Chateau just like Ernest but I have a whole new respect for you as I watch you kneel on gravel and granite. Congratulations on getting 10000 subscribers. I am more than happy to be one of them. Perhaps your daughter could start helping Michael out with his editing since she's so good at it
I was very happy to see that the basement where the old kitchen is is now safe. You are a hero, Sean! I am curious who your parents were and how you managed to learn so many different skills?
Great days work Sean. The pointing work is superb! Not only functional but really aesthetically beautiful. The relationship between you all is pretty special. More like family. Sure makes for a happy work day. 🧡❤️
Italian cypress is a Mediterranean plant and don’t do well that far north especially in pots. There are very similar trees that do better in their climate a cedar and a juniper.
Sean your work is very impeccable We love to see you get at it. Michael's cottage is looking Great . i look to you three men As the musketeers who get Things done. I love that!
You're just the best, Sean. Your work is so fine-tuned and expert. Could you tell us more about your background and how it is that you know so much about all the various types of construction and things you do? How long have you and your wife lived in France? Did you know Mick from his construction days or just since Billy & Gwen got the chateau?
🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 CONGRATULATIONS SEAN!!! On making 10,000!!!!!!! Enjoying your vlogs! Your content have gotten better and better. Love them! Congrats on hitting 10,000 subscribers Sean. You did beautiful work on that gutter system, but I thought that highchair was going to get the best of you. ; ) I'll look forward to the Q & A. Here is my 2 questions . 1. When did you and your family move to France and why? 2. Has Brexit caused you and your family any problems living in France or does owning property give you automatic residency?
✨Hello! I’ve watched you all so much, I feel as though I know you all! ✨I am curious how you came to work at this Château? ✨Also, you do nice work here, and at your Family’s home, what is your background? Thank you all for bringing Cheer to me here in California!✨🧚♀️☀️🌊😊👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
You have such a lovely sense of humor. I also must admit to feeling a bit envious that I have not once encountered an escaped cow on my way to work. Thanks for showing your work. It's really fun and helpful.
Another interesting vlog Sean! You and the Pethericks make a lovely team! You do such wonderful work...so clever and easy going as well. You are a lovely man!

Hi Sean! Big Congratulations on reaching 10k followers! Enjoyed your video! Shout-out to your daughter! She does a great job with editing! Q&A - How did you and Sam make the decision on which area of France to live? How did you find your home and property? Thank you for answering our questions! 😊
That was very informative Sean, your a good teacher, now I can do the block paving on my patio. I was just putting sand between joints and ever time I powered washed it came out. Love the content xx
Hi there I was only referring to the fact the dry cement mix flows easier than a wet mix, as it does it with block paving sand. You shouldn't mix cement with the block paving sand. If you find that using a lance to clean the blocks removes to much sand try a whirlaround attachment or a different spray nozzle. Kiln dried sand should be used in the joints and the surface should be completely dried. Another option maybe to seal the blocks after cleaning and re sanding. Hope this helps regards Sean's world 🌎.
Everyone needs a Sean in their life! How did you develop all your skills? From experience? Trade school?College? Family? When did you start your collecting of copper? As a child what was your favorite hobby or activity? Congratulations on 10,000 subscribers
A very very well executed Vlog. Sean you are not only a master carpenter u have a great ability to make an entertaining Vlog. It’s quite amazing how all of you work so well together.. Thanks…
This chateaux of all the ones recently featured on Tv etc looks incredibly close to original apart from bathrooms etc Billy and Gwen have done very well to acquire authentic furniture and decor as it looks as if it was always like that from new . Collectively I don't think many teams of workers could have achieved the fit and finish so effectively and efficiently . Amazing job !

I was thinking the same. I wonder if they do it sweet or savory?

Sean ... We call it "French Toast" here in Eden, NC USA... lol so funny
In New Zealand we call eggy bread French toast too... We sprinkle it with a sugar and cinnamon mix
We call it french toast in Canada too...and we serve it with syrup like with pancakes.
French toast is so cozy and comforting to eat. It nourishes the tummy and soul, I think. 😘
In Canada we call it French toast.
same where I'm from North East USA we add cinnamon to the eggy bit and add syrup to it, call it french toast.

Italian cypress trees would look great in Billy’s huge planters along the driveway.
Italian cypress is a Mediterranean plant and don’t do well that far north especially in pots. There are very similar trees that do better in their climate a cedar and a juniper.
Box would probably be fine in tubs down the drive, they can be trimmed to keep in shape.
