I cooked this receipe yesterday night....and really it was very tasty....my husband doesnt like the smell of curry leaves but even he liked it coz the flavour which came out was mild. Thank u Chef... for me this will be shortcut receipe for chicken 65...ofcourse, if i brime it overnight...thank u.
I added some balsamic vinegar instead of vinegar and some yoghurt with the masala. It tasted really great. Also, I directly add salt to the mixture and it tastes pretty good after an hour of marination.

I personally feel cornstarch and turmeric doesn't go together. Adding turmeric makes it more Indian but cornstarch tilts it towards Chinese or Continental. But I am not an expert. Sanjay can tell us more
