    I tried the same recipe with boneless fish and also did not have coriander leaves for grinding the coarse paste so tried with some mint leaves instead...came out excellent. Thanks for sharing the recipe

    I don't have rice flour, so can you please tell me how to make rice flour. This recipe also seems good. I'll try it definitely as I had made many of the recipes you have uploaded. Ummmmmmmm all the recipes I made by your way was awesome.

    Thumma garu, this is actually very diff from the ch 65 we get in hyd. This is crisper and goes really well with the traditional ghee rice in kerala.

    Oh my... I used crave this everyday after college in Bangalore from our local street vendor. The street vendor would sell this right in front of the pub near my hostel. This chicken kebab pairs fantastic with beer! Just one question: Is there any need to marinate the chicken after mixing it together with the masala batter?

    This is what google told me :
    Brine :
    Noun:
    Water saturated or strongly impregnated with salt.
    Verb:
    Soak in or saturate with salty water: "brined anchovies".

    Hi RealityCheck, thanks for the reply. Is "brining of Chicken" done with salt in hot water or salt in cold water? Am familiar with the process of brining for pickles.. never tried for chicken. So RealityCheck/Vahchef: Would I need to mix salt in hot water or cold water or does it not matter? Please reply.
