Oh my... I used crave this everyday after college in Bangalore from our local street vendor. The street vendor would sell this right in front of the pub near my hostel. This chicken kebab pairs fantastic with beer! Just one question: Is there any need to marinate the chicken after mixing it together with the masala batter?
Thank you for sharing the recipe and it looks so delicious. Since I can't eat gluten, would there be a substitute for all purpose flour. I would really like to try this recipe. Thank you so much.
The very idea of it feels delicious. Before trying I wanna ask onething. I'm strictly against consumption of maida. So can i substitute it with corn flour in this dish?
This is what google told me : Brine : Noun: Water saturated or strongly impregnated with salt. Verb: Soak in or saturate with salty water: "brined anchovies". Hope that helped :)
Hi RealityCheck, thanks for the reply. Is "brining of Chicken" done with salt in hot water or salt in cold water? Am familiar with the process of brining for pickles.. never tried for chicken. So RealityCheck/Vahchef: Would I need to mix salt in hot water or cold water or does it not matter? Please reply.
