- is one of the most wonderful dish with a combo of flavours emanating from the naturally aromatic earthy flavoured leaf commonly known as curry leaf or karipak and the heat or spiciness from the freshly ground pepper corns infused into chunks of chicken cooked in a yummy onion tomato and spices thick gravy.

Onions 1 n
Salt
Ginger garlic paste 1 ts
Turmeric ¼ ts
Tomatoes 2 n
Coconut (grated) 2 tb
Chilly powder 1 tb
Coriander powder 1 tb
Oil 2 tb
Fennel seeds 1 ts
Curry leaves 3 sp
Chicken pieces 750 g
Pepper (crush powder) 2 tb
Coriander chopped 1 b
Heat oil in a pan add onions, salt, cook this for 2 minutes then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, sauté it and add tomatoes, grated coconut, chilly powder, coriander powder, mix this and put the lid on and cook it for 2 minutes, let it cool down and put it into the blender and make a paste.
Heat oil in a pan add fennel seeds, curry leaves, add chicken pieces, salt, sauté it for 2 minutes, then add crush pepper, and add prepared paste of tomato, onion, coconut, mix it well and let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes, then add some more crushed pepper, chopped coriander mix it well, put the lid on and let it cook for 5 minutes, then switch off the flame.

Excellent recipe! Have made it 3 times and it turned out really good every time. Made it with boneless chicken breasts as I prefer that and still came out good. Can see that if made with chicken on bones it will taste even better but boneless was awesome too!

Hokay, I chanced upon this on a Google search to use up my curry leaves and was taken up by the chef's enthusiasm for his own cooking. NOW I can see why after making this dish. It is simply the best chicken dish I have ever prepared and frankly I can eat the aroma also. I have just tasted it and came here to say WOW!
