happy new year brother welcome to philippines if you love jesus christ, and you are christian i will not skipping adds in your vlog because in the philippines majority here are christian😊
In the Philippines, saunas are not necessary due to the consistently hot weather. People sweat regularly even during rainy seasons. Although saunas can be found in certain areas of the country, they are typically in the form of Hot Spring resorts with pools of warm to hot water heated naturally by volcanic steam.
I Have A Sauna in my Backyard , Since We Installed it 10 years Ago I only Went there Twice 😅😂😂 Coz Here in Los Angeles is Not Snowing Unless you Lived 2 Hours Away in the Mountains….
Im interested to try russian sauna, but it is not common here in Manila, not sure. May I know those woods of your sauna are from Mindanao? Im curious where u bought them. Thanks for choosing Philippines.God bless
For me no need to go sauna here in d phils becoz here in our place its very hot, if you work outside like gardening, planting, sweeping, and cleaning youve already tired n sweating,. In your place its needed but here in PI people laughed at you.
Pls visit your co-countrymen family “SimpleLife Filipinas” living Samal as they are building their homes just them. Interview that family why they don’t need even 2 Filipino workers to help. God bless you sir 🙏 next time will be able to see your family family here in your vlog🫶🏻
Philippines weather is like everyday sauna 😂😂😝🤣🤪😜. Why don’t you have an ice bath first then go to sauna?.. ice bath is probably better in the Philippines… since it is already hot and humid there…
Haha, you’re absolutely right - living in the Philippines does feel like a sauna sometimes! 😂😂 But unfortunately there is no ice bath, but maybe soon there will be :) Thank you!
@@Jupizero Thanks! I was big fan of durian. Now I like it too, but not big fan :) Now I eat it usually in season and not every day. But before last years I was eating it every day :) Thank you!
I know her. Yes, I was in her video :) But we're not good friends. Just crossed paths sometimes during collective games of our Russian community. Thank you for taking the time to comment!
Wow! So much young coconuts🥥 🌴 Sauna is good for your health, relieves all toxins in your bod. I only saw banya in World War 2 German - Russian war movies 😂😂
Thank you for your comment! I understand your concern, but traditional Russian banyas are more about the experience of alternating between heat and cooling off, which helps avoid issues like heat stroke. It’s all about pacing yourself and staying hydrated! Many people actually find it refreshing and energizing, even in warm climates like the Philippines. Have you ever tried it yourself?
We Love Samal Island🎉❤ thanks for posting
Thank you so much for your kind feedback-it’s truly appreciated! 😊

A huge thanks for subscribing! It’s great to have you here-welcome to the family! 💖
Usually Fitness Gyms have saunas or steam baths and hot tub pool where we could have a relaxing moment after a workout.
Yes. They have differences with traditional russian sauna ("banya"), but many moments are the same.
