    I think I'm at day 19 off Suboxone today after 13 years. I never had full on insomnia, but I wake up a lot, and have wild ass dreams, some nights are better than others.
    Work is the probably the worst, because my legs get tired, and I lose energy a lot.
    But, there isn't a chance in hell that I'd ever go back to it. I'm in it for the long haul.
    Whoever else is in this situation, just stay strong and keep trucking.

    I’m on day 14 off subutex detox. (3rd attempt in 10yrs) Feeling very blessed to be feeling good this time! I did a ton of research and found a few things that may help others who are struggling. I went to the B-12 Store and got shots of Vitamin C, D-3& magnesium on day 3 and went back on day 10 and got NAD+, Vitamin C & Glutithione. I’ve also been taking supplements to restore brain function with lions man, reishi and cordyceps mushrooms, 16k mg of Vitamin C, Ashwaganda, L-tyrosine & GABA. I also take CBD about an hour before I want to sleep. I’ve gotten at least 8 hours sleep every night, last night 11 hours. I can’t say if it’s one thing or the combo but it’s working for me so far. (Knock on wood) Good Luck Everyone!

      Keep going. I'd like to think this method would work, go as long as you can without a dose. Then dose to stay some what comfortable, I just don't know how long this route would take. It might drag it on longer than you are comfortable with. But shit, it's worth a try, anything is! Good luck, I'm here for you brother.

They gave me 150 mg pills of trazodone every night and I do not remember having one sleepless night in detox or one sleepless night at ambrosia and I was at ambrosia for 45 days but I had trazodone the entire time I was in Florida prescribed. Day 20 for me and if it wasnt for clonidine, i would have chills and sweats constantly for all these days & nights ( stopped for few days and literally was in goose bumps and then sweating bullets every 15 min ) insomnia is insane ( luckily had my mom’s ambien so its a life saver but even 1/ 10mg wouldn’t hit me and 2 would knock me for 4 / 5 hours )
    I do testosterone replacement therapy and Growth Hormone injections for my back and nothing can overcome suboxone energy drainage… also 10+ dif vitamins & minerals daily but no progress …
    This evil suboxone just wants to cripple you for weeks as it come out of your liquids, then blood, then bones, then hairs and then brain reload with endorphins & dopamine …
    So on day 20 i realize that it is easily another 10 nasty days …
    PS: i am south florida so i swim every other day even on the bad days & yoga + calisthenics 💪

    This isn’t real suboxone withdrawals. Suboxone withdrawals (if on medium high dose for years) IMO is worst then Heroin. I’m on day 53 and every single morning after exactly 4-5hrs of sleep I wake up with extreme restless legs and hands. Every single morning even on day 53 I still have extreme restless legs. It’s honestly made me go crazy cuz I haven’t heard anyone say it last this long. But one thing that’s helped me is Kratom. But now I want to quit Kratom, and feel it’s just been a suppressor to my opiate receptors and maybe I haven’t even done the withdrawals yet… scared to death even on day 53. No battle in life can mentally/physically prepare anyone for this.
    Just don’t know if Kratoms prolonging this…

    • @brandonrhoades7646

      Kratom doesn’t help in my opinion. Just another crutch to get addicted to.

    • @DoingNothingKing
      @DoingNothingKing 2 года назад +1

      @Zachary Morris so what’s your opinion, what if I can’t stop taking Kratom? Do you think even after 70 days off of subs but taking Kratom would be enough? 70days off and still, I only get exactly 5hrs of sleep and wake up with bad restless legs. I don’t have the strength to quit Kratom cuz every time I do, i go straight back into the exact same suboxone withdrawals. 70+ days and nothing gotten better. Yes, I do believe you’re right. The Kratom is just prolong and my brain just thinks I’m taking opiates again. But thought it wouldn’t be like that. Do you think, if I keep taking Kratom, eventually my symptoms will go away?

    • @DoingNothingKing
      @DoingNothingKing 2 года назад +1

      @@brandonrhoades7646 that doesn’t matter. As long as it takes away the subxone withdrawals then that’s all I need to know. But after 70+ days and daily I still get restless legs and if I don’t take Kratom for 12+hrs I got straight back into heavy suboxone withdrawals. Doesn’t make any sense at all. Not a single person online has had the same symptoms as me

    • @badass1g
      @badass1g 2 года назад +3

      Oh man. You taking Kratom is literally keeping the sub withdrawals waiting at bay. You still haven’t even started your sub withdrawals if you’re taking kratom. It’s all the same shit it all hits your opiate receptors. Go watch videos about jumping off suboxone woth Kratom if you haven’t already (Kickin addiction) is my RUclips channel. I got off subs using small doses of Kratom and the reason you keep getting RLS after 4-5 hrs of sleep is because that’s when your Kratom wears off and it’s kicking you into withdrawal. That’s literally your sub withdrawals trying to kick in but as soon as you take Kratom it’s just pushing the pause button. Trust me man I’ve been trying to find my way out of this shit for 5 years now. I’ve tried everything. I ended up getting back on low dose sub because it lasts longer then Kratom amd it literally does the same thing (tells your brain everything is ok) and keeps your withdrawals at bay. Trust me when I say you haven’t even started your suboxone wd until you get off the Kratom fully. Good luck brother. 👍
